A plum oriental

Wore this one for the first time on a grey gloomy December day , which matches the fragrance perfectly as it is a floral oriental.
Galimard doesn't list plum nor cedarwood and sandalwood, but I can believe those are present due to the sweetness of the smell and also a base that does remind me of sandalwood.

Somehow I'd swear to have smelled this particular perfume before but can't say which one. In any case it smells like a classic 80s oriental fragrance as sillage is large and it lasts like forever.. like many other Galimard perfumes.

Just the way it should be / A floral bomb to kneel for

The slightly fruity floral bomb to kneel for.

I've been eyeing it for a long time, but since it's not easy to get a sample... Fortune favors the bold. The fragrance notes promised me everything my heart desires. Fruity, floral, sweetish, slightly spicy, and in the end, cozy. My first thought was that I might like this, or at least I can't go wrong here. Hopefully, the sillage is somewhat decent on me.

And it was, my dear swan. Right from the first spray, a whole bouquet of flowers hits you in the face. A whole garden full of narcotic white and yellow blooms. A juicy ripe plum also happily joins in. The flowers are well mixed, and I'm half-dazed in a floral high. None of the flowers pushes to the forefront; the floral orchestra plays in harmony.

After a long time, the scent becomes beautifully warm, slightly spicy, and increasingly cozy towards the end.

For me, a beautiful floral bomb with a slight fruity and oriental touch.

The bottle is beautifully classic and handy, but the label is a bit too cheaply made. A pity, but for me, a reason to cut the rating to 90%. The scent deserved a bit more effort.

I am very pleasantly surprised to get such a valuable and beautiful fragrance for a relatively small amount that definitely lasts more than it promises, which is not available in every perfumery, and that my nose doesn't catch on every street corner.

There’s only one thing left to say. Hats off, Galimard.
