creamy ilang nectar

There are so few notes but I feel much more than that.
No fruit in the pyramid but I smell a slight smell of fruit (apricot peach and mango smoothie).
The benzoin brings a little creaminess.
The color of the bottle reflects its content very well, it is bright, a bit honeyed (even if there is no honey).
The cinnamon does not bother me here it will season just a bit but without being too present.
In drying it becomes creamy and always luminous.
I'm not a fan of orientals but here everything is in the subtlety, distinguishes.

Creamy, Spicy, Balsam

The Cinnamon and Sandalwood gel well to create a nice creamy, woody warmth. The Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine soften the wood medley with the Ylang-Ylang being most prominent. The Benzion adds a sweet resinous edge to the formulation. It's fairly Vanilla like. But never goes into full Gourmand territory. As the balsamic Benzion and Woody Sandalwood give the composition an earthy edge and powdery texture.

Radiant Yellow!

As already mentioned in the comment on "Noorah," Bvlgari's olfactory journey around the world (and through the world of colorful gemstones) began with 6 fragrances. However, these were not meant to stand alone, as the journey continued the following year into the realm of the Arabian Peninsula. This resulted in three new fragrances that bear the family name "Le Gemme Orientali" and are accordingly infused with oriental notes.
The bottle shape, which is meant to resemble an amphora (these were used in ancient Rome for transporting precious materials), has been retained. Since the black part of the bottle is opaque, it protects the fragrance from excessive light exposure. The cap is designed in the color and shape of a gemstone with a cabochon cut. Additionally, a golden mosaic has been added, inspired by the Intarsio Bvlgari jewelry collection. According to the information brochure for the Orientali fragrances, "the name 'Zahira' comes from Arabic and means shining and radiant, an ode to the golden glow of the Imperial Topaz, which rivals the sun." This yellow gemstone is also the one symbolized by the cap.

Not many fragrance components are specified, but they still describe the scent quite well. Sprayed on the skin, "Zahira" starts off directly radiant and lush. The creamy Ylang-Ylang is dominant, yet it has a somehow fruity undertone. I can't say exactly which fruits they are, perhaps apricot or, as CarlMacau writes, mango and passion fruit. However, I don't really smell pineapple. Maybe this fruity note also comes from the Ylang-Ylang itself. In any case, the whole fragrance somehow radiates yellow. The floral note becomes increasingly intense over time. Gradually, spices sneak in quietly, yet the scent remains primarily floral-creamy. There isn't much more happening here. The benzoin resin, which according to the brochure is even added in "OrPur" quality, I don't really smell, which could also be because it is beautifully intertwined with the floral notes, and I don't know benzoin in its pure form, so I can't say how it should smell. The fragrance remains predominantly Ylang-dominated, but without being unpleasant or overpowering. The sillage is moderate, making it suitable for daytime wear. I find it appropriate for all seasons, except perhaps the height of summer. However, since it is quite one-dimensional, it wouldn't be something I would wear for long periods. This is more due to my desire for variety and not because the fragrance is somehow annoying.
From the Orientali collection (or actually from the entire Le Gemme collection), "Zahira" is my clear favorite. The longevity is very good, fitting for the Bvlgari exclusive collection.

Exotic Gold

I’ve sprayed myself nicely. It’s once again from Dubai Airport to Hong Kong.

Bvlgari has brewed wonderful fragrances with Zahira, Selima, and Lazulia for a juicy €180.

Zahira clearly wins in the new trio. I’ve known it since September 2015.
The opening is fresh and exotic.
That means I smell pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. You could say it’s a multivitamin in a refined form. It seems like there’s a white, light musk in the background.
It develops into a sweet and warm Ylang Ylang-amber blend.
Spices? Yes, but not really spicy. More subtly Arabic and honey-gold resinous.

Medium sillage at arm's length, but quite good longevity of now more than 6 hours.

That’s it. A great all-rounder that can be worn anytime. It leans more towards the feminine side for those over 30. I envision a lively woman in a nice apricot dress on the beach in Bali. Pure sex on the beach.
Anyone who finds it and loves tropical scents should definitely test it. The bottle is beautiful but tips over quickly due to the heavy cap and small base. A real eye-catcher. So. My flight continues. See you soon, Dubai. Hello, Hong Kong.
