That's exactly how the fragrance smells. When the incense is properly lit and waved around. Church incense. Quite interesting, but nothing I would want to wear. The orange blossom is still noticeable and brings a bit of freshness, a beauty, not just some Neroli water. It is still clearly perceptible and has, if you apply more, probably also a decent sillage. Then after about 1.5 hours, it has settled on me and smells very subtle, a bit woody, a little incense still, and perhaps just a hint of rose. I have to sniff quite closely now, though I only applied 1 drop of my sample that was included in the package. And now after 3 hours, I can hardly smell anything at all. So the longevity is not outstanding, but it could also be due to the amount and the warm weather we have.
