Fruits? Floral?

I read the notes as lemon, watermelon, rosemary, floral okay where?
For me, the first spray and impression is "oh no, incense," a hint of honeycomb comes along.
I have hope that maybe the fruity notes will come through.
After about 40 minutes, the incense becomes a bit weaker. Unfortunately, the hope for fruit has faded after 1 hour. I perceive something slightly herbal but can't name it.
Not bad, but nothing for me, all purely subjective.

I need breeeeeeeze!!!!
Phew,… we are currently experiencing a real heatwave. For days, no weeks (actually, it even feels like months!) it has been damn hot, with very little cooling in between, so that on days when the thermometer shows 34-35 degrees or even more, you feel like you can hardly breathe, and you desperately call for air! Some clever clogs once told me that we breathe oxygen instead of air… great! :D And I say, we inhale air, with all its components, in which oxygen is processed, but try explaining that to some stubborn mules!

And when you exhale, by the way, you should be careful not to accidentally exhale on a wasp, because these creatures can detect the CO2 in your breath and will become aggressive, thinking “Wow! This jerk wants to eat me, so I better sting him in the ass quickly!” :DD Well, that almost happened to me recently, as a wasp flew right in front of me while I was exhaling and suddenly took off in pursuit, yikes! I had to walk several meters away for it to finally leave me alone! Phew!

Well,… back to the fragrances, you freaks! :D
Anyway, here comes Wunderwind, which sounds absolutely SUPER just by its name and has scent notes like sea breeze, lemon, or watermelon that really sound great for warm days, and I can hardly wait to try it,… even though watermelons might attract wasps,… oh no! :D

The scent:
At first, I smell a mix of resinous pines, light sweet notes, and a very slight hint of salt, which smells like the salty air near the coast. After that, the lemons become noticeable, which are not sparkling but rather warm (with the warmth probably being a combination of all the scent notes). Over time, the lemons become noticeably stronger, the scent is also quite fresh, but not necessarily refreshing. It is more one of those scents to smell good even on hot days instead of refreshing oneself with strong citrus notes.
Anyway, I have trouble smelling honey and watermelon. It may be that the sweet notes partly come from these scent notes, but I can't identify them as they really smell weak. You can better make out the herbal notes like rosemary (even if in the background).
I feel like all the scent notes quickly blend together, making it harder to distinguish them later on. Because after a while, the scent for me smells “just” resinous and warm, a bit citrusy (although you can still smell the lemon), a bit herbal, and a bit maritime.
A little later, the lemon fades, and the scent becomes warmer as the resinous notes come through better, along with slightly sweet scents (which come from the musk in the base).

The sillage and longevity:
The sillage is average and will only be noticeable from close up. After a not too long time, it becomes almost skin close.
However, the scent lasts quite long; I could sniff it for more than ten hours.

The bottle:
The bottle is rectangular with strongly rounded edges and a thick base. It is filled with yellowish liquid. The narrow, fabric-like label is attached to one corner, taking up a small part of two sides of the bottle. The rounded cap is chrome-plated, and the brand name is engraved on it. A nice bottle.

So, well… the scent is not exactly “windy.” As mentioned earlier, the scent is not necessarily refreshing. But it is still a fresh scent. Let’s say it is a casual and pleasant scent that can be worn without problems (and without bothering others) even on very hot days. It doesn’t disturb, smells good, and might come across well. Unfortunately, the maritime aspect fades a bit too quickly, so the vacation feeling doesn’t come through strongly, but of course, you can also use the scent on vacation, where you will surely have a stronger vacation feeling, he he :D
I find it a pity that it becomes rather inconspicuous later on, which is also related to the somewhat low sillage, so you should occasionally reapply the scent.
Otherwise, it is worth a test if you are looking for a nice scent for hot days that can be worn on various occasions. But the scent is still not outstanding.

Phew… it is said that the coming days won’t be as extremely hot, but we’ll see. Let’s hope that the announced thunderstorms won’t be too extreme, which unfortunately they do in some parts of the country… anyway, the temperature today was pleasant for the first time in a long while, although a stronger storm has already raged here…

And once the thunderstorms are over, I have a feeling it will get extremely hot again… *sigh* I’m already melting here and therefore go crazy when someone says to me “What do you want more? It’s nice and warm!” And I get even crazier when someone tries to open windows and doors in the apartment while I’m airing it out in the morning, lowering the blinds, and trying to keep the apartment somewhat bearable during the day… Anyone who opens a window here gets thrown out of the apartment, argh, I don’t understand any fun in this heat :DD

drifting with the clouds
Wonderful Wind! What a name for a perfume! Munich's first perfume manufactory pays attention to exquisite and vegan ingredients, fills by hand, and polishes the cap. The silver stone symbolizes an Isar pebble. The advertising matches the respective scent with a wonderful photo and poetic text. The Lengling couple divides their fragrances into a Leng and a Ling note. Here, the Leng is "Shady Pine Grove" and the Ling is "Sunny Sea." Lengling creates a total work of art. For Wonderful Wind, it received first place at the Duftstars 2018 - German Perfume Award in the Artistic Independent category.
The praises made me curious, so I tested Wonderful Wind at the duty-free shop at Munich Airport. The start is gentle; the only scent I perceive is pine needles. I can't get to the Ling, to summer.
Saturday, bath day.
My sister and I play, sliding back and forth and up and down. We call the back-and-forth waves Pitschi-patschi, and we also hit the bath foam with our hands. Then we move up and down again. Araco waves. That's what we called them. Until the water sometimes splashed over the edge.
On the plane, I can still clearly smell Wonderful Wind, looking out the window, beneath us the clouds, then jostling through a cloud front. No, Wonderful Wind does not carry me to the sea. There is something in the perfume that I do not like and that lasts forever.
Wonderful Wind remains a gentle breeze, but some note in it bothers me; it almost makes me feel sick. What a pity. I would have loved to like Wonderful Wind, would have liked to fly around the world with it. Unfortunately, it’s not for me. I'd rather have a real bubble bath.
My mother wrapped us in towels after the bath, made a remark about the splashed Araco and Pitschi-Patschi waves, and wiped up the waves without complaint.

Maritime, aromatic-warm, salty and moderately sweet. Like any vacation by the sea, is way too short-lived.

Pine bath, a gum in the mouth with a melon flavor. The dirt dissolves, slimy, spicy, sweet. Musk like old cotton candy. Awful.

Ozone-aquatic, I can sometimes get along with that quite well. Absolutized pine (soft & sweet, somehow not green) and honeyed °°°

Here, conventional aquatic and synthetic fresh notes dominate strongly. The brand should have focused more on quality.

The blue bottle is missing as a warning. Artificial melon with a hint of green rolls into the synthetic sea. The honey flowers can't save it now.

The top note is stolen from Kenzo p.H. - then it becomes rubbery-spicy, aquatic and ozonic notes take over. For me, it's dreadful.

Citrusy only briefly at the start. Then spicy and subtle animalic. Not smoky. Not for me. And as a woman, definitely not twice.

A walk to the Baltic Sea beach through a light pine forest. Making a flower crown along the way. Picnic with watermelon & rosemary lemonade. Summer!

Oh come on, wanting everything and delivering little, that's just a sign of the times. Pine-melon-incense-flower-honey-herbs by the sea? You can't be serious!
