perfect warm weather gourmand

a very yummy spring gourmand, that’s almost-edible without being overly sweet(and could be worn for any season). this is almost exactly what i would imagine a sparkly garden fairy would smell like! my skin eats fragrances, but this lasts a surprisingly long time on clothing.
unfortunately for me, i’m very headache prone and this is too strong/long lasting! (likely a pro for most people)

Fairytale in a bottle

This is my all time favourite perfume. I have to admit that I have not tried the original Lolita Lempicka it's based on so I can't comment on the similarity, but this one is perfect to me. It definitely reminds me of fairytales and it's a very complex fragrance. What stands out the most to me is the licorice, soft vanilla and powdery violet. The dry down is beautiful. Sometimes it reminds me of a forest after it has rained, with more of that earthy patchouli note. It also lasts quite long on me. The bottle is beautiful and I can't wait to buy one once I run out of my travel size. This is one of those rare perfumes for me where the scent is just as pretty as the bottle.

Unfortunately, Lolita Lempicka has slowed down a lot with the new creations and the new fragrances had no particular appeal for me. I found them somehow cheap and immature.

For all those who only know the drugstore version in the broken bottle.
A little description :)
As a connoisseur of the first version from 1997, I am delighted with the comeback.

An absolute must-have for fans of cherry and licorice! It's a gourmand and sweet fragrance that packs a punch.
It definitely makes a woman stand out! Very sweet and feminine and extraordinary like from a fairy tale.
It's not cardboardy and cheap like the 2017 version.
It's the best perfume with licorice you can get.

The bottle from back then is back and I'm very happy about that!
I hope that Lolita Lempicka finally digs up its classics and shines in new splendor.
