Annoying like a blonde, peppy, overly positive cheerleader.

I find this fragrance really annoying, just like the title suggests. It reminds me of this overly-positive, peppy, phony American boss I used to have, this incredibly awful slave-driver, who`d put her foot on our necks and exploit her staff for all we were worth while smiling with all her piano teeth out and pretending this was the best place to work. She`d wear this overly sweet, musky, rose perfume that precedeed her and lingered after she left the room, probably this crap or something similar. Nivea creme, roses and lots of some foul, synthetic sweetener to top it al off.

Beautiful feminine creamy-powdery clean scent

I just have to say something about this great ladies' cheapie. Even though I'm not always in the women's section, I like to test and gift fragrances in this category. This scent is an absolute hit: Especially when you want to give a little something or when a lady wants to treat herself to a nice affordable gift... this one is absolutely suitable for that. This fragrance is incredibly easy to like and is perfect for a gift without much risk.
Mauboussin seems to be more known for jewelry, but the fragrances I have tested have completely convinced me. The beautiful thing is this fair price. All fragrances usually cost around €20, which is more than fair for this quality.

The scent comes in a great box and the bottle is also in a nice white. The bottle is round, feels great in the hand, and the sprayer works perfectly. Just like the bottle, the scent is white: clean, bright, well-groomed, creamy, and simply very radiant. A beautiful fragrance that you can get for a fantastic €15 for 90ml. This white musk base slightly reminds me of "Musk Therapy | Initio". Not a clone, but especially this wonderful clean musk base goes in a similar direction. Not a blatant copy, as this Mauboussin was released 4 years earlier. If you like such clean musk fragrances: For this price, it's an absolute steal.

All notes from the pyramid are present here. Is that all there is? One might doubt it. Nevertheless, it's more of a scent without much development and unnecessarily many fragrance notes. The start is quite creamy and quark-like, like a luxurious body lotion. Right after spraying, this wonderful white DNA comes towards you, without being too prim. On the contrary, this DNA has quite a bit of sex appeal. This light freshness combined with the creamy-powdery notes is simply very easy to like and is still special and not something you encounter every day. The rose comes forward after about an hour, is well noticeable but still somewhat buried under this clean musk DNA. Also, this beautiful sweet praline is very present and pleasant for many hours. Together with the rose, a bit of flowers, and clean musk, this lovely sweetness is very pleasant and also seductive. The musk base is already beast mode and still really noticeable after 24 hours. Amazing in this price range. Overall, a really well-rounded thing, no disturbing factors from my side.
Performance is very, very good. As mentioned: This scent can survive on the skin for a day, and probably even longer on clothing. The sillage is also more than successful.

This fragrance seems to be flying well under the radar and deserves more attention. Perhaps that's a good thing, as it remains such a great insider tip.
For me, a beautiful women's fragrance just to my taste. Especially for everyday wear and more serious occasions, a great choice.

Beautiful scent! Incredibly great for the extremely good price (20 euros). I can't believe it. Well-groomed, creamy, light and intense at the same time. Care clouds for relaxation. I think this scent is also suitable for nurses, female doctors, etc. in their profession. A mix of my beloved Musk Therapy, Lacoste's Pour Femme, and Nivea. Plus this beautiful bottle that matches the scent 100%. A no-brainer. Always good. For me, wearable for any occasion: work, office, shopping, wedding, vacation (by the sea, little white dress, sitting in a café, relaxing with a coffee....) and - not many scents can do this - I also like it as a well-groomed bedtime scent. Perfect!
Addendum: Longevity on clothing is really better than expected. Sometimes lasting for days! I got 2 more bottles. I think it's a great gift!

I extensively looked at reviews and ordered the fragrance without knowing if it would meet my expectations. For the unbeatable price, a wrong purchase wouldn't have been too bad. Today the fragrance arrived and it blew me away. Exactly what I was looking for! I had been eyeing the wonderful Musk Therapy for a while, but THAT price! I want to wear a fragrance without guilt and have it around me. That wouldn't have been the case with Musk Therapy.

The wonderful creaminess with a hint of bloom is exactly what I wanted. H/S is simply fantastic! You get a very fluffy cream with a light rose note, but not an old-fashioned rose scent, rather it’s very subtle in the background. After applying, a pastel pink cloud envelops me, letting me dream and pulling me away from everyday stress. I feel very comfortable with this fragrance. I think it will be my signature scent.

Classically Freesie Beautiful

For me, it fits into the category Pour Femme Eau de Parfum and Le Bain Eau de Parfum - it's as if the two aimed for a lively threesome with Nivea (2015) and conceived a love child named Une Histoire de Femme Sensuelle

The scent is white and clean as well as floral-fresh - and yet it is very dense, H/S works very well for me. It is creamy, fluffy, and also has a slightly soapy background, which I personally really like.

I like it, and when I don't know whether to wear Le Bain Eau de Parfum or "Pour Femme (Eau de Parfum) | Lacoste," I clearly choose "Une Histoire de Femme Sensuelle | Mauboussin." It is different, more special with an interesting twist in the DD; the praline in the top notes communicates very actively with the musk in the base while the freesie occasionally makes a very elegant appearance even after hours. The rose is, if at all, only perceptible at the very back, subtly discreet, which I really like.

A gentle musk breeze sweeps over flower and grain fields, freshly starched aprons flutter gently in the sun on the line.
