Nothing special, but in the good way

Its a simple, icy-fresh scent for the hot days. Sharp, really-really ice-cold, like a fresh shower. Not feels like a pricey one, but not a cheapo smell too. The longetivity is good, and the sillage is in the safe category: not too much, but its useable in the smallest offices without a y problems.

Short sum; Its a wonderful one for the price, if you just wanna smell great in the summer rithout robbing the bank; its for you.

The Scent of My Youth

Indeed, Ice Touch was one of my favorite fragrances from my youth. For a tight budget, the Eau de Toilette was perfect. Even my pocket money was enough for it.

The top note featured a green-fruity aroma of apples, oranges, and citrus fruits. The heart note was aquatic (reminiscent of shower gel), minimally floral, and slightly resinous. Unfortunately, I can't remember the base note very well - I would say something green-earthy-woody.

However, I noticed back then that the longevity was quite poor, and there was only a noticeable sillage in the first few minutes.

Not for me...

It was summer, it was hot, I was inexperienced and my head was probably dehydrated.

That's about how I can excuse this perfume misstep.
I really don't know what got into me to buy this scent back then. I probably wanted to treat myself and found nothing else.
So I was looking for something refreshing, something trendy, light, something that... Exactly, the feel of the bottle ultimately convinced me. Oh how emotional that purchase was. Yes, I was young...

The scent is, in all honesty, way too synthetic for me. The opening is somehow completely uncoordinated, then something woody comes in, and at the end, the tonka bean appears, which always stretches my nose anyway... No, I liked this scent less and less after the purchase, but it doesn't necessarily have to be about the scent itself.

Fortunately, the longevity is really poor, which I always liked because I was somehow always glad when it was gone again. The opening is loud, and as soon as the heart note comes, the scent becomes quieter again, unless you're sweating.

The sillage is also not very strong, which was also a plus, because somehow I always wanted to wash the scent off again after a few minutes.

The bottle, on the other hand, is really nicely made. Okay, the cap feels cheap, but I don't expect anything high-quality from Mexx. What I liked is the surface of the glass, that matte finish. And the color of the liquid is also really well done. That cold blue, really nice and refreshing, at least visually.

I wore the scent a few times and then put it in my collection. By now, I've disposed of the bottle with a rather larger amount left. I hope I didn't throw away any investment, *sweats*.

I still feel ashamed of this scent today, but no one has to know ;)

Really fresh in the aquatic-icy way. Not a gamechanger, but a really balanced, sharp and fresh, not overpovering scent for the hot days.

There's something about it that I like. It's a clear shower gel freshness but subtle and lightly elegant. Still, I like it; it's underrated in my opinion.
