Summer
Summer freshness is a bottle. It’s a very pleasant summer scent to me. When spraying it I get a good vibe of summer heat. Mostly summer scents tent to be not strong and not long lasting. But this perfume is extremely long lasting and strong especially for a summer scent. If you like summer perfumes get this one and you won’t be disappointed!

Summer in a bottle
Fiore di Portofino is one of currently twelve fragrance creations from the Art Collection. The fragrance was inspired by the landscape of the small Italian fishing village of Portofino on the Italian Riviera coast.

From the very first spray, the fragrance exudes that pure summer feeling. Clear, cool water paired with the citrusy freshness of lemon and orange with green-spicy neroli. You can literally smell the blossoming citrus trees and the juicy fruit that is harvested here.
The citrusy revelation is complemented by other green aspects of the fragrance. First and foremost the spicy rose geranium leaf, framed by a floral accord of mimosa, garden carnation and iris. Vetiver and amber in the base round off the fragrance harmoniously.

Fiore di Portofino whets the appetite for summer and awakens the anticipation of long walks by the sea and endless strolls along the coastal areas of the Italian Riviera. The fragrance lasts for over seven hours, which is perfectly fine for me. I perceive the spicy freshness of the opening until the fragrance fades away.

A great newcomer with bright floral vibes
First of all, Fiore di Portofino has a beautiful, beautiful bottle around it.
Moresque often lets their bottles simply shine.
Actually, the bottle itself is almost worth buying.
But enough about the bottle. Let's move on to the fragrance.

The fragrance has this great freshness that fits perfectly into the warm days of the year.
A kind of lemon, orange and almost grapefruit play a role here at the beginning. I can even detect a slightly sweet, citrusy freshness here.

You can also sense this bright floral fragrance composition in the background. White flowers give the freshness that special something. The basil can also be smelled directly. This accord is slightly green and "spicy". Although spicy would not be the right word. Something "herbaceous" would be more appropriate.

In any case, the basil goes really well with the other notes and Fiore di Portofino makes a great overall impression.
Over time and towards the end of the fragrance, it becomes increasingly creamy. The citrus recedes somewhat, but can still be felt.
It has the effect of a beautifully scented and refreshing suntan lotion.

However, it doesn't really last very long and the sillage isn't that great either.
But you always have to be aware that this is a summer fragrance. In most cases, these fragrances always have the same "weakness". Depending on how you want to define it yourself.

Made for hot slightly humid climate. No point of wearing it in the winter. Summer is it's only season. Breathtaking neroli-geranium-vetiver
