Comfortably Familliar
At first spray it's immediate citrus, not a ton of tea. I'd say at first it does kind of give citrus scented cleaner or dish soap, not in a BAD way necessarily it's just the first thing that comes to mind.
But after drying down a bit that synthetic citrus fades and the tea scent comes in. If you know tea i don't think you'd be able to identify what tea specifically, my best guess is just a general green tea to match the citrus.
It's not a super complex fragrance by any means but after that initial blast of citrus it really calms down into a pleasant tea scent. This is perfect for the spring and maybe even into the summer. It's light and airy and while you can definitely smell it its not overwhelming and would probably do well in the hotter months.
The vibe is very "it's summer and you're at a BBQ drinking an iced green tea with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass wearing a sundress and straw hat".
