"Would you like your popcorn mixed?"
After trying out a couple of perfumes by the brand Perfume.Sucks, this is one of my favorites!

If you're from germany, you're familiar with that typical sweet popcorn that you can get at cinemas. It's sweet, but not too much like caramel and also not as sticky. But there's still a tiny tiny bit of saltiness coming through!!
You can call me crazy, but my favorite popcorn order is "gemischt", or "mixed":
There is something special about going to the movies and getting a bag of layered popcorn. Add an obscenely pricy but also ginormous bottle of cola and you got yourself a great night at the movies!
This perfume captures that feeling of sweet popcorn so well!

it's sweet and buttery, but there's a bit of saltiness in it! On paper, it smells just like freshly made sweet popcorn to me.
On skin, however, this story changes: It's less like the Movies' version of popcorn, but more like a bowl of microwave popcorn and you mix both sweet and salty together! It has all the components, but the inevitable happened: your popcorn burned a little bit inside the bag. And that burnt smokiness comes through much more on my skin! I find that awesome, personally.

This is a very creative and out-there perfume! Lovers of "gourmands with depth" will like this. People who enjoy sugary-sweet gourmands might enjoy this, but I warned you!

Sweet and Salty Popcorn
At this year's Esxence fair, I encountered a real highlight - and no, I'm not talking about the usual suspects. I stumbled upon a fragrance that truly blew me away, it has imprinted itself indelibly in my memory; this scent represented the entire Esxence Experience in Milan for me. A perfume that smells so authentically of caramel popcorn that you would almost want to take a bite. It stood out immediately from everything else, even more than "What about Pop | The House of Oud," which is also known for its popcorn note.

At first, I wasn't quite sure which of the two fragrances from the Conspiracy Line with popcorn interpretation had captured my heart, as I only quickly sniffed a strip at the booth and remembered that it was a popcorn scent. But one thing was clear: the scent that I couldn't get out of my head was the more intense, straightforward popcorn. When it arrived at my home, it was even darker than I had perceived in my memory, a bit more wicked, almost a tad more for men. I must say, I interpret this scent more as popcorn with truffle than the tester I received from "Flash0021 | Perfume.Sucks," which actually includes truffle as a fragrance ingredient. Flash0021 is less gourmand, more “French soft/elegant,” but also quirky at the same time. Perhaps it has to do with the truffle note that somehow sneaks through the salty caramel or maybe through the spikenard in "Love6567 | Perfume.Sucks."

My special thanks go to the perfumer Andreas Wilhelm, who left a lasting impression through his accommodating actions. Despite my negligence in picking up the order at customs, he sent it to me again, but dear folks, please read the terms and conditions because he didn't have to do that according to the contract. This gesture not only underscores his caring customer service but also the passion and dedication that goes into his creations and that he shares with the world.

Should you decide to purchase a perfume from Perfume.Sucks online, based in Germany, pay careful attention to every message from FedEx, especially the notes regarding customs procedures, which can easily be overlooked.

Pafory Nikolaus: Door 6 Now, we are talking
We are ramping up significantly. Just based on the notes of the pyramid, I would have never guessed the scent, as it would have certainly been too sweet for me. A beautiful, creamy gourmand. The popcorn appears spicy and quickly fades away, the caramel doesn’t stick and doesn’t overly sweeten it at all, and it remains a wonderfully enveloping scent that is creamy and not in your face, yet still present. Contrary to the name of the brand, this is honestly a great scent. The gourmand is even suitable for the office. I Love 6567

An Olfactory Hallelujah
Love 6567 bursts open the door to your nose like a long-forgotten memory that suddenly returns with brutal intensity. There are no compromises here, no pandering to classic fragrance architectures. This perfume is not a seductive love letter - it is a declaration of love, soaked in gasoline and ignited with a burning match.

The initial force is so raw and unrefined that it is almost physically palpable.
As the bang fades, an expected sweetness emerges. The composition remains abstract, edgy, almost defiant.

This scent loves or hates you - and does so with equal passion. Those seeking gentle florals and zesty citrus notes will crash and burn here. But for those who understand perfume as a work of art, as an olfactory protest against the boredom of mass-appeal compositions, Love 6567 is a manifesto. A whiff of anarchy in a bottle.

In the end, an impression lingers that does not fade: a resonance of old memories, of sticky popcorn hands in oversized boxes and smoky old cinema seats. Love 6567 is not just a fragrance - it is the realization that true love sometimes smells like burnt popcorn.

Movie Night with Popcorn
Love6567 is a fragrance that immediately grabs attention with its extraordinary and unmistakable popcorn note. The opening is sweet, caramel-like, and full of cinema or fairground vibes, evoking memories of popcorn stands and sweet treats. From the very first moment, the scent has a unique character that will delight both gourmand lovers and movie fans.
The sillage is pleasantly present without being overwhelming. It remains consistently sweet and caramel-like, making the fragrance inviting and warming. However, upon closer sniffing on the skin, I notice that the top note has a slightly unpleasant, burnt nuance. This could possibly be attributed to tolu balsam or a similar component, which, when combined with sugar and caramel notes, sometimes develops an overcooked burnt sweetness.
In the drydown, Love6567 unfolds in all its glory. The composition strongly resembles a blend of "Casamorati - Lira (Eau de Parfum) | XerJoff," "Devotion (Eau de Parfum) | Dolce & Gabbana," and "Let The Good Times Roll | Lush / Cosmetics To Go." The sweet warmth remains, but it becomes increasingly harmonious and softer, which balances out the initial sharp edges of the top note. Additionally, there is a very subtle musk note.
For fans of gourmand perfumes who are not afraid to try something unconventional, this fragrance could be just the right fit.

Despite the creativity and inviting, nostalgic popcorn note, there are lingering doubts: the fragrance does not completely convince me and will likely polarize other noses as well. For a perfect movie night, the scent is undoubtedly an exciting companion, but whether it can secure a permanent place in my collection remains to be seen. I need to test it further...

Conclusion:
Bold, gourmand, sweet, original, special, delicious, extraordinary.

Realistic caramel popcorn. Strong performance. Quite linear but that's not a bad thing here since I didn't want the top notes to go away.

Really smoky, malted burnt popcorn.
Very much black, very much glossy, hard caramel.

Smells kind of like burnt sugar mixed with rubber and coal. Unfortunately, the scent made me feel sick.
