What a chemical mess

I was trying and trying to understand and like this one but with no success. Initially i found it very formal, strict office scent, masculine, but there are so many artificial things in it. Reminds me to Fahrenheit OG and Dsquared He Wood(i don`t like both) if i add some stincky WC cleaner like bleach.
Bottle and atomisers are bad, cap is like fake LEGO block. Because is not good lasting, i used it like surface or cell phone cleaner. Thanks God, the bottle is already empty!

A pleasant fragrance

This is a great fragrance, similar to D&G PH, I enjoy more the Police version as it's a little spicier than D&G. It last a long time on my skin 8-10 hours. For the 9 Euro price I paid for a tester this is a bargain. Give it a try if you like D&G PH and you want something on a low budget. I can't say anything in regards of the bottle or package as they are simple, not great not bad.

Neither "Sting" nor Law Enforcer..

Even if the name might suggest otherwise. It could be that "Sting," when he was still the frontman of the band "Police," would have worn it if it had come out at that time. It's somehow "melodic," the scent - like the band's songs.
I can also easily imagine it on "law enforcers" in blue. Subtle, conveying seriousness, yet simultaneously fresh AND warm. It's the blend that makes it! Spicy-green basil, bright citrus fruits, aromatic woods, and spices like sage, rosemary, and juniper. On top of that, delicate and "herbaceous" floral scents, namely from the apple tree and true lavender.
In the "deeper layers," you can also catch a whiff of darker and softer wood accents, gaining casual elegance through bittersweet fig leaves and a hint of musk.
I would say.. a slightly avant-garde all-rounder for numerous occasions and all seasons. "Important": don't be misled by the stated longevity and sillage! Both are more than sufficient to get through the day well-scented. Even without dragging a long perfume trail behind you :-))

The Undertaker

It must have been Christmas 2000 or so when a nicely wrapped gift from my cousin lay under the Christmas tree for me, all the more surprising was the content, a bottle of Police Original, considering we had been getting along so well lately [irony].

The first sniff wasn’t so bad, fresh fruity citrus, the bottle somehow O8/15, nothing that blows you away and I didn’t pay much more attention to the scent at first, as there were still more gifts to unwrap.

In the following years, I wore it from time to time, suitable for daytime in the office, it fit that purpose, there were never any compliments, nor did anyone complain, so at least I had my peace and over time it dawned on me, a mainstream scent that really no one needs, following the motto:

The early bird catches the worm, those who sleep longer - stay healthy.

With my entry into this community, I now view fragrances a bit more critically, I admit I still need to work on assessing the ingredients, I’m trying hard;

- The top note starts off fresh with citrus and fruit, you feel clean, freshly showered, you can hardly speak of sillage here, as the scent is weak and subtle anyway.

- Quick transition to the heart note, a bit woody, lavender and jasmine. The touch of jasmine is no longer perceptible after an hour.

- The base note is pleasantly subtle, gently warm, linear with a blend of fine woods, musk, cashmere with a hint of almonds, lasting about 8 hours.

In conclusion, a bit of irony, for whom is this scent suitable?
- as a gift for someone you don’t like
- as a gift for your best friend who is now with your ex
- as a daytime scent for the office when you want to be left alone
- you have a new job and don’t want to stand out in the company

All in all, a very weak fragrance experience.
