This is Flower by Kenzo.
I tried it in the store. What do you think of when you hear the name "Milk Fudge"? Doesn't it make you think of a delicious treat?
I read reviews saying it "smells like vanilla ice cream" and reviews saying it "smells like baby powder." But,vanilla ice cream and baby powder generally have completely different scents. So, even though it's reasonably priced, I told myself not to buy it before trying it in the store. And I was right.
Number of times tried: one time
I really hate the "duty-free store musk" designers use; it gives me headaches. I like vanilla and gourmand scents.
This is about 85% identical to Flower by Kenzo Eau de Parfum . Try using the new "Compare" feature in Parfumo and entering "Flower by Kenzo." It's almost identical. "Rose, mimosa, vanilla, and musk" match. My nose was right. The only difference is the top notes. The sales clerk also kept saying, "It gives off a maternal vibe." So, it's Flower by Kenzo, similar to L'Instant Magic Eau de Parfum .
Yeah... but most Japanese reviewers aren't familiar with Flower by Kenzo, so they mistakenly think it's some new perfume that smells like baby powder. That's not true at all. Kenzo and Guerlain have already achieved this.
But... it's a real disadvantage for me that no one points out that this perfume is so obviously similar to Kenzo. Also, I can't forgive the gourmand-sounding title "Milk Fudge" for such a baby powder-like scent.
Incidentally, it seems to be popular and out of stock, but it's constantly being listed for sale on Mercari. That means a lot of people get tired of it and sell it...
I don't recommend it at all. I won't buy it.
