Inoui, a rare classic
Inoui has become very rare these days, so i was very excited and happy to discover a miniature of her !
when i first applied her on my skin,on a summerevening, i felt a bit dissappointed. I had expected more,i felt she was a bit faint and on top off the bill i've got this terrible rash on my wrist, a red itching and burning spot that stayed with me for atleast 2 weeks!
Yesterday i' ve tried her again, very carefully on my sweater, and this time i do get her!
I think i recognize the hand of serge Lutens; pine , oakmoss and cedar lead me to a silent, foggy forest full of pines, beautiful and mysterious !
After a few hours, she shows her vintage character, and these kind of ladylike perfumes aren't just me.
I do respect her, but i don't love her, therefore she is to classic in the drydown.
