Good morning, Sunshine!
"Rising Sun" comes from the "Land of the Rising Sun"; but transports this wonderful moment everywhere: in every country, in every time zone - simply always!
"Shiseido" has again composed one of its light feel-good fragrances: something holistically effective, which simply spreads joy and well-being.
Just as in "Vocalise" the tart fruitiness of blackcurrant is the focus, it is in "Rising Sun" a wonderfully ripe lemon, which neither scratches nor bites and also doesn't make you sneeze!
Such a beautiful lemon fragrance experience I know actually only from Sicilian or Amalfi lemons: it is very special!
This fragrant sun is born near a southern coast: mineral freshness, in which almost single water droplets are noticeable, greets the day and awakens the spirits.
The first languor of the awakening flowers, intensifies over wearing:
Jasmine and rose scents become warmer and unfold their full beauty. Ylang-ylang nestles and embraces lovingly.
Meanwhile, the sun has fully risen; nature and senses come alive and remain so.
A harmonious base closes everything: each of its fragrance notes is dosed so that it adapts and all together lay a fine net over the previous fragrance composition.
Beautiful he has become, this sunrise - let's welcome him warmly!
I must confess that I hesitated a little with the selection for my wish list just with "Rising Sun" and let myself be lured here by the name "Shiseido":
Coconut is now not what I like; with these aroma I always feel slightly sticky!
But I also do not find it here!
So "Rising Sun" almost fits somewhat into the line of "therapeutic" Shiseido fragrances that I first encountered from this company.
Even on gray winter days, the sun shines after a few drops; they bring zest and joy!
A fragrance as yellow as its flacon and as invigorating as sunbeams on the skin!
Over the length of a summer day "Rising Sun" does not last, of course; but where does the sun rise even for hours?
In my heart, it did the moment this creature settled on my skin.
"I love the smell of Possibility in the Morning!"
