Excuse me, I'm a doctor ... and I wear Bianco Cotone
Bianco Cotone - I immediately imagine a clean, subtly cozy scent. According to the pyramid, it reflects this well, but upon application, alongside the creamy-powdery background, I notice a slightly metallic note, likely due to the combination of aldehydes and bergamot. It's a bit bothersome, but it fades away after a few minutes.
The powdery iris brings Bianco Cotone back to a clean, harmonious course after the somewhat rough start, together with a hint of lavender and rose. Although it feels like the creaminess barely skirts the edge of being slightly rancid, one could still speak of freshness potential. However, there are no discernible floral nuances.
There are some hints of vanilla and minimal woody traces that are weakly perceptible in the base, which does not change the fact that Bianco Cotone is rather an unexciting clean scent. On one hand, it might be ideal for those who indulge in cocooning at home on a rainy Sunday or want to come across as clean and trustworthy at work. I immediately think of all professions in the medical field, hospitals, or caregiving, without wanting to evaluate these in any way. On the contrary: a medical assistant who exudes the scent of Bianco Cotone would leave a straightforward, serious impression on me, but by no means a boring or sterile one.
Personally, I find the creation a bit too tame. One feels almost as if one has been smeared with baby lotion. In this regard, I have encountered more appealing scents in the creamy-clean department, such as "Potiche | Les Voiles Dépliées," even though it comes off a touch too feminine, but it approaches the theme in a more interesting way.
