Innocent-Radiant Peach
After the first spray, I am almost overwhelmed by the peach, which is an absolute treat and by no means artificial. Very fruity with an enchanting powdered sugar-honey sweetness. "Soo beautiful" immediately crosses my mind. Although it is really very sweet, I don’t find it too sweet - although I am generally a huge fan of sweet gourmand fragrances - those who don’t like them shouldn’t even bother testing Ouris. I don’t notice any plums or berries; they seem to be overshadowed by the opulence of the peach.

For me, the scent changes very little over time. Only the fruitiness diminishes a bit, and it becomes somewhat dry-powdery and a touch woody, yet the sweetness remains intact. There is absolutely nothing to criticize about its longevity. For hours, I feel like I am radiating in a bright peach aura.

For me, it is still not a candidate for purchase, as it is too flawless and bright for my personal taste. I imagine it on a charming, beautiful girl who enchants everyone with her mere presence. Not through subtle eroticism, but through a sincere smile and genuine cheerfulness. She doesn’t want to seduce, but simply to shine. You won’t find dark secrets with her.

Edit: I confess, it has now moved in after all. :-) During a demanding and stressful phase of life, I longed for exactly such a cheerful peach aura.

THE Gourmand
This fragrance sample stemmed from a mistake, as I just realized. I wanted to finally test some Aoud scents and stumbled upon the brand name. I thought that all fragrances from this brand contained Aoud.

After the first sniff, I was already puzzled. No unusual Aoud note greeted me. There was also nothing about Aoud in the pyramid. Very strange.

So I called upon Father Google for help, and he assisted me.

There is no Aoud in Ouris. Instead, there are oriental tones, oh what, whole confections from 1001 Nights.

Ouris is all that, as stated in the pyramid.
Above all, sweet and delicious.
Candied fruits, lovely flowers, marzipan, and if you like, also woods, which I only smell late in the base, all coated with honey. Powdery iris, bright vanilla, gentle tonka bean...

My first association was rice pudding with powdered sugar and a little cinnamon.
And yes, also the good old Turkish delight Loukhoum, which I personally like very much.
Nevertheless, you can't compare this scent to, for example, Loukhoum eau Poudree by K. Mecheri or Louve by Lutens. It is different. Above all, Ouris lacks their fruity cherry note.
It is bright and pastel-like, if one were to go by colors. The sweetness is not disgusting, but rather makes you crave more. It is a true treat among gourmand fragrances.
Especially very harmonious. I have rarely experienced a fragrance where the most diverse components fit together so well. Here, you can smell all the notes despite the sweetness, and yet they combine into a fragrant whole.

The downside: I am not a fan of true gourmand fragrances. I don’t want to smell like a sweet. Maybe I should just drink the sample...? *lol*

In any case, I will continue to test, because this fragrance has something...gourmand scent or not.
In the aura, it is cuddly soft and very cozy.

The Glue-Mandarin
What one discovers while coming up with a fancy comment title. For example, that miel (honey) spelled backwards is Leim (glue), which fits quite fantastically with Ouris, whose sweetness is so thick, sticky, syrupy, and thread-pulling that it could not be better described than with glue. But let's start from the beginning.

The first spritz of Ouris makes me rave; I think of nail polish names like "Orange Fizz": It is sweet, yet still zesty. To me, it is very orangey, mandarin-like (even though it's not included), and the peach is there too! But after just a few minutes, my enthusiasm is dampened by the incredible honey-nutty notes paired with a strong vanilla note. The fizzy fruits now have almost no chance; they have been glued together: A large vat of honey and vanilla has put an end to the fizzy fun. I can't perceive any woods, and there's no trace of jasmine either. Ouris is a little vandal vanilla, having fun with its honey buddy destroying the fruity and floral notes. Fortunately, the peach note manages to retain a little bit of "fizz" in Ouris beyond the top note.

All in all, it is a good fragrance; it has excellent longevity, and even though it is too honey-sweet for my taste (and unfortunately overshadows the juicy peach too much): It is not a run-of-the-mill perfume, but a well-made gourmand, perfectly crafted for all the Winnie Poohs among us!

Perfume Nectar
First of all, I don't like fruity scents; they just don't work for me... but Ouris is completely different.
Ouris is fruity, creamy like peach juice, it is sweet but not sticky sweet, rather deliciously naturally powdery sweet. Ouris has a dense, creamy aura... like an oriental sweet. With this exotic, foreign touch that makes one dream of 1001 nights.
This fragrance is round, harmonious, and very, very complex and multifaceted. With a lot of warm vanilla and tonka in the drydown. For me, this is the first wearable fruity scent, the first that doesn't smell artificial.

The longevity is very good, although the fruity notes become much weaker after a while and the fragrance takes on more of a creamy-vanilla-woody gourmand character.

Lost Peach
Just as the peach comes through in the top note, I wish for a peach scent, which I have been searching for forever. However, I want a "fresh" peach. The Ouris is also a lovely fragrance, where the peach takes on a creaminess that is very nice; the scent smells a bit like peach vanilla cream to me. But strangely, it’s not a must-have. Maybe I have become more selective after all.

On paper: fruits, cedar + sandalwood, great!
On my skin: fruity vanilla, then vanilla, then slightly woody vanilla. Not for me, unfortunately.
