1000 and one night
Al Kimiya! Never heard of it. So I often stumble across Al Kimiya, in the newspaper, on the Internet and above all, on Parfumo, in sharing. Participated and was impressed : extraordinary, Luna, Layla and - again many thanks to Narjesi- Aurum. After this smell frenzy it is certain, so I imagine "1000 and one night". Wooden carved shutters, through which sluggish golden sunbeams fall, ruby red soft velvet cushions, gold framed, opulent silk tassels, low brass tables on which peppermint glasses stand. The feeling of calmness, serenity and contentment sets in.
I'm unpacking Aqua Regia. Simply beautiful: a white cardboard box, silver-coloured decorated with gold lettering. The actual container made of white imitation leather, a round bottle bedded in black satin. Noble!
The first spray reminds me of Soleil de Jeddah. But just for a second. Then comes the rose, velvety, bordeaux red with droplets of morning dew and droplets of patchouli. A slightly sour and minty scent of eucalyptus appears? Camphor? In the further process the vanilla musk smell comes through. Spicy woody! The scent never gets sweet. I find Aqua Regia adventurously oriental. I recommend a scent sample from the Al Kemiya collection.
