Beautiful Pure Photorealistic Soliflore
Terres Dorées Jasmin is one of the most beautiful jasmine soliflores that I have encountered. A very realistic white floral bouquet. It opens slightly indolic, and I can also sense a delightful lilac note in the background, and maybe a hint of soapy aldehydes. In the drydown the indoles disappear revealing a more tender and bright jasmine smell blended beautifully with fresh roses. Something in that combination reminds me remotely of lily-of-the-valley flowers too. Musk on the base is very clean "laundry detergent" type, not animalic or overpowering at all. But even though I can sense all the notes of the pyramid, they are very subtle, and jasmine is the unapologetic star here from start to finish. For an eau de toilette I think that this fragrance is quite intense but still somehow innocent, pure and refined. If you're looking for a simple but gorgeous and classy white floral, this one is definitely for you. I think this would also be a wonderful choice for a spring wedding, I associate this smell strongly with white colour, white satin, white lace, bright white sun, a hot white sand beach... But I also think that it could suit almost any occasion, so not only fine celebrations but also everyday office white T-shirt occasions or just chilling and relaxing at home as well. And in addition maybe a great "no-brainer" for those situations when you're unsure or undecided and want just something lovely, pretty, natural and non-complicated. Refreshing during the warm season, uplifting during the cold season. Superb quality for affordable price, thus highly recommended.
