Black & Gold, the little sister of Valleé des Rois, has appeared and holds its own...
Black & Gold is a beautiful, slightly powdery, oriental fragrance. Right from the unboxing, I thought of Valleé des Rois by Mira Takler. With the first spray, I wondered if there could really be a scent similar to Valleé des Rois?
Yes, I think the two fragrances are quite similar. Over time, B&G naturally evolves, but not negatively. I find it very lovely, and it lasts quite well, with 6 - 7 hours, although not as long as Valleé, but it holds its own, and it is a different scent, yet I find this similarity astonishing. And on clothes, it is still noticeable the next day, and the comparison to the big sister is still there.
I don't perceive the raspberry and apple at all, but the honey at the end is quite pleasant and not too sweet, in my opinion...
Top notes: Lime, Orange, Orange Blossom, and Apple
Heart notes: Egyptian Jasmine, Raspberry, Rose, and Musk
Base notes: Patchouli, Amber, Vanilla, and Honey.
