Pure Despair
It opens with a spice note that is unfamiliar to me, which I tried to identify; I searched through my spice cabinet containing about 45 spices for this particular scent but found nothing. This annoyed me, so I started researching online, but unfortunately without success; everywhere it just says "exotic spices." So if anyone knows the spice blend, I find it delicious and would cook with it :D
Well, I had to come to terms with it and increasingly realized the rose that presented itself to me, which is unusual for a "coffee break" scent. On the other hand, I know it from my mother; she likes to add syrups to her coffee, and it doesn't matter whether it's hazelnut, crème brûlée, or even rose. The warmth of the amber warms the coffee well, which now gently unfolds its own aroma. However, the other scents overshadow the poor coffee quite a bit.
In the end, I came to the conclusion to simply stop analyzing and enjoy the scent like a nice cup of coffee. I then took out my Chemex and brewed myself a cup to go with it; that was the best thing I could do in this situation.
