Nice perfume but not exactly what I expected
Anytime there's a Sweet accord, I worry a fragrance might be too sweet. Turned out not to be the case here. The sweetness in Tabac is just enough to take any harshness out of the fragrance. Pretty nice fragrance with good longevity and moderate sillage. Zaharoff's Leather Tabac on the other hand, is much drier - no sweetness at all making it a more challenging fragrance. If you're a guy who usually likes sweeter fragrances, you might like Tabac but would probably have trouble with Leather Tabac. While Tabac is masculine, Leather Tabac is over the top masculine.
While I found Tabac nice, I kept on thinking about tobacco, vanilla and spices - how could each be tweaked so I'd like it even better? It then struck me - what I really was looking for was Spicebomb Extreme. I've not worn it for at least 4 months, so did a test spray. Sure enough. I'm not saying Tabac is a Spicebomb Extreme wanna be. What I am saying is that if I were in the mood to wear Tabac, I'd rather reach for Spicebomb Extreme. I won't be adding Tabac to my shopping list.
