The Woodruff Disaster…

It’s a hot summer day and I decide to treat myself to an ice cream again.
I have to wait in a very long line and finally order a scoop of pistachio ice cream.
My anticipation is high. I love pistachio ice cream above all and haven’t had any in a long time.
I find a cozy spot in the shade and, full of excitement, take my first spoonful of ice cream and …… Pure disappointment!!
I’m holding woodruff ice cream in my hands! The ice cream seller must have mixed it up due to the green colors of both ice cream varieties….

Hmmm, what should I think of you?

Full of anticipation for a creamy pistachio, I sprayed this blind buy on.

Suddenly, I found myself in a Christmas cloud... what?

It is absolutely not what I expected, and I am sure that the 3 fragrance notes listed here are not everything.

From the very beginning, I smell cinnamon, vanilla, and something fruity. Maybe also amber, but I'm not sure about that.

The scent becomes warmer and cozier over time. Definitely Christmas-like.

I don't smell pistachio here.

Pistachio Infusion definitely bears a strong resemblance to "Khamrah / خمرة | Lattafa / لطافة", but it is not as heavy and not so in your face. Which I personally find very pleasant.

The sillage is veeeery good, my whole apartment smells of it xD. Longevity is also impressive for the price. It lasts 5 hours on skin and on clothes until the next wash xD

I like the scent, but I wouldn't recommend a blind buy.
