Lame-ass repetition of Zara's "Man Silver" and "Winter Collection".
"Vergeshock" is a pleasant fragrance, but boring when you're done with it.
Nuances of wood, spice and some freshness that express maturity and elegance. In terms of its olfactory feel, "Vergeshock" is like gently scented pigments. Subtly sweet, powdery, dry. Something greenish resonates in the background.
Despite all this, it is solidly synthetic, which is in no way inferior to more expensive designers.
Despite individual differences in the details of the fragrance composition, overall it is an unnecessary release that will quickly disappear into Zara's oblivion. There have already been at least two very similar releases within Zara and they are already the fragrance twins of two Gucci releases (Guilty pour Homme Eau de Toilette and Guilty Intense pour Homme).
Whereby the "Vergeshock" variant within the other two from Zara is somewhat softer, more restrained and not so brute. In other words, finer, even if the sillage is just as restrained. "Vergeshock" is already more effective than Zara Man Silver Eau de Toilette and Zara Winter Collection.
Those who are not yet tired of this type of fragrance theme will still find pleasure here.
For me personally, "Vergeshock" falls into the categories of:
- "Zara's misleading naming conventions"
- "fragrances that the world doesn't need (anymore)"
- "for the purpose of maintaining the license vis-à-vis the Reptur (or something), just push something out commercially. People will buy it anyway, at the latest out of curiosity (see me)".
- "not a blind buy, as totally unnecessary if you already have experience with the Gucci Guilty range"
