The dreamers
Ménage à Trois reminds me not only by its name of my favorite movie: The Dreamers, which even adorns my perfume profile :D
As you can probably quickly see in my reviews in general, I'm quite a film fanatic. But no other movie ever managed to keep me glued to the TV so extremely. I don't know why, but the scent has something similar in it.
The smell is great all in all, quite unique without any conflict potential, durable like glue (that's what these experimental molecular scents seem to have), super strong without annoying you or creating a mist of scent and really very well wearable as unisex all year round. So far actually very good, but still no "THIS IS THE BEST SCOFF OF THE WORLD". Nevertheless it fascinates me so much...
Sugar-sweet but still not fully synthetic smelling melon with lots of peach meets washed bed linen and some Molecule01 DNA.
There is only a minimal course, but this should not be expected with the scent that is already so easily advertised. You get what you should get in its best possible form
But back to my analogy... The scent is youthful and very sweet. Not like an 80-year-old woman in a miniskirt and a Fiat 500 in baby blue, but more like the youngsters in the dreamers. Full of hope and desire for life. But that's not all he brings with him, but also the beauty that comes with it, sometimes a bit exaggerated and banal melancholy and a good dose of self-dramatization.
I really can't think of many people that would fit that. For one thing, it's too expensive and complicated to inspire people my age. On the other hand, despite all the love, it is quite heavy to wear when 30 slowly turns into 4. On the other hand it lacks a certain maturity, which the fragrance tries to fend off somehow consistently.
When I wear them I always have to think of the philosophical bathroom or bedroom scenes of the three. Somehow so clever, but often so pointless, like arguing whether Clapton or Hendrix is better.
But also to the freaky and sometimes almost creepy eroticism, which resonates permanently.
But what I have to take into account negatively is the spray head. It sprays super and everything, no question.
But the thing drools without end! I've never seen a Zarko who didn't always have a smear of perfume around his head. Why? It can't be that hard with the really simple shapes
All in all a great fragrance with outstanding durability (12 hours on the skin, a day in the hair for something this fruity is really impressive) and a super performance, which calls for very special poised people.
