Felt 120%
I had to Google frangipani. It must be that secret ingredient in beige that blows me away. Now I want every fragrance that features this magical plant. The sweeter the better, and the more edible, the better - honey, vanilla, chocolate, caramel.

The scents from Zeromolecole are stingy with the variety of ingredients. Usually, you can count them on one hand. They come across as edgy and not perfumey at all. It takes some getting used to. I like that.

Dudu is freshly baked cake, vanilla cupcake, cream pudding, and the opening of the Christmas bakery in the neighboring large pastry shop. Those are the impressions from my surroundings.

And me? I sit, remain silent, and enjoy. A sweet, not cloying or artificial cloud envelops me, caresses me, tickles me, pampers me. I don’t even need to sniff at my wrist; the cloud is magically much more natural and delicious.

Dudu is extremely gourmand; it should come with a warning “do not drink” and is certainly not for everyone. However, it is also extremely long-lasting with an extraordinary sillage. Extremely vanilla, extremely loud.

There are fragrances that I like. There are fragrances that I love. There are fragrances that I adore. Dudu has managed to lift my mood and keep it consistently elevated. This category is my absolute favorite.

Pastry or Car?
Dudù. A peculiar name, at least in terms of sound. Somehow, it also makes me think of VW Beetle cars, because in the 70s there was this German film series Dudu, which was supposed to resemble the American Herbie films from Disney. However, I found Herbie more likable, as Herbie had a life of its own as a car, while Dudu was more of a technical wonder car (possibly with a bit of artificial intelligence). However, Dudu probably had more gadgets than any James Bond car :D
In any case, I have always really liked the Herbie films (especially as a child), that I painted all my VW Beetle toy cars white and designed them just like in the films, complete with racing stripes and all. The number 53 (Herbie's racing number) has even burned itself deeply into my consciousness; whenever I see the number 53, I still think of Herbie today :D

But Dudù here is not about cars at all (and it’s not a scent related to a film or anything), but about Giorgia, the oldest daughter of the perfumer, who goes by the nickname Dudù. Her dreamy nature inspired Stefania Marzufero Boni (the perfumer) to create this fragrance here.

Hmm… I somehow like my Herbie/Dudu story better… :D

The Fragrance:
The fragrance immediately smells of sweet, powdery vanilla. If the frangipani not only has a floral-sweet scent but also a slightly fruity undertone, then I perceive it correctly (as I have often written: Plants! As if I had a clue about the vegetables! :D). Because otherwise, I have no idea where the slight fruity note could come from.
In any case, the opening is very beautiful, feminine, and softly warm, and of course sweet.
From the heart note, spices come into play, but not the kind of bitter kitchen herbs like rosemary or coriander or anything, but rather slightly dry scents reminiscent of spices from cookies or pastries, which fit perfectly with the vanilla direction of the fragrance and also smell delicious. It has a bit of a Christmas vibe, and I always like that :)
In any case, the fragrance remains extremely sweet at the end, slightly pastry-like-vanilla with a very slight floral-fruity undertone (well, more floral than fruity).

The Sillage and Longevity:
The sillage is quite good; one could easily overapply the fragrance and thus fill an entire room. When applied normally, it lasts quite well on the skin, and that for a longer time. You certainly won’t have any problems standing out. The longevity is,… well, we have vanilla and spices… a combination that smells for many hours, and with good intensity. Here, easily 10 hours are possible, maybe even more!

The Bottle:
The bottle is rectangular, clear, and filled with a slightly brownish fragrance liquid. The label on the front is simple but nicely designed with its two-colored lettering. The cap is cylindrical and black. Like almost all niche fragrances, this bottle is overall a bit simple, but still nicely made.

Conclusion:
Hmm… Are you already longing for winter or Christmas? Especially now after all those hot summer days? Are you looking for a new winter fragrance with vanilla and cookies? Then this fragrance is just right for you!
…. Ugh, that sounded like an advertisement… I should charge money if I could influence you and boost the sales of the fragrance :D

In any case, Dudù is a lovely fragrance that smells pleasant. I also like that the cookie-like scent comes through stronger at times, so you don’t just smell pure vanilla for a long time, as is often the case. You could wear it in your leisure time and also in the evening, maybe not necessarily at parties, but perhaps for going out to eat, meeting someone, or something like that.
Maybe you can also simply spray it on for yourself and enjoy it; I mean, who doesn’t like cookies? (Even my stomach is growling again, and I just ate an hour ago… :D)

Of course, as already mentioned, the fragrance is only suitable for the cold autumn and even colder winter. Now, while it’s still quite warm, it would only come across as extremely overwhelming. And who actually eats cookies and pastries in the summer when they would rather stuff themselves with ice cream? Best served on some fruit, maybe with waffles and cream or chocolate sauce on the side, hmmm :D

Well, that’s it from me for today. I wish you a lovely evening :)
And now I’m going to see where my old toy cars are; somewhere there should still be a VW Beetle in Herbie form lying around, he he!

Mannamanna, babdibidibbi
This little soundtrack from Sesame Street has been playing in my head since I applied "Dudù." At first, I thought it was just another rich vanilla-heliotrope scent. I had already added it to my wishlist because of the frangipani. But I have quite a few on there. And I don’t revise them very often. This fragrance would have remained my wish fragrance until I finally had it under my nose and:
Voilà! Thanks to Angua, I now have "Dudù" around me and on my tongue.
However, since I applied it first, I didn't have frangipani on my radar anymore.
But I still smelled a lot. And I like this abundance, even if I would never want to wear "Dudù" anywhere other than at home and as a bedtime treat.
At first, everything smelled just of vanilla, spices, and I thought heliotrope was also playing a part. Then, a little while later, I remembered not only the scents from Etro, "Heliotrop," but also from Cleef & Arpels "Collection Extraordinaire - Orchidée-Vanille," as well as the Trio Loukhoum scents from Keiko Mecherie. I also thought I could detect hawthorn. Almond and the scent and yes, the taste of manna, this tree nectar used in Persian Shervin Ghaz, with rose water. I also thought of Callison, the deliciously sweet almond dragees from France.
I was completely amazed that frangipani is in the forefront here.
I have never smelled real frangipani flowers. But I have smelled fragrances where it stood out, like the room diffuser scent that spread a wonderful floral aroma in our living room some time ago: this frangipani scent that I cannot describe or compare with other floral scents I know.
No, "Dudù" does not smell like that to me at all over many hours. But now, after many hours and after "Dudù" has softened - and especially now that I "know" that frangipani is involved - I also smell a gentle frangipani note, which, however, cannot really assert itself against the other fragrance notes.
How much of this is suggestion for me?
Because one thing I feel with "Dudù": I cannot quite distinguish whether I am smelling or tasting this deliciousness, it is so intense.
I would give it 100%. But it is not a fragrance that you can wear anytime and anywhere. It is indeed a fragrance bomb, but a very tasty one.

Counted Out....
Now I finally have the sample of Dudù in front of me. I immediately placed a spray on my stomach, pressed my wrists to it, and dabbed them on my neck. One of the previous reviewers here mentioned that one should be cautious with the dosage. A wise piece of advice, thank you. It probably saves me from having to sacrifice my dinner right away.

The first impression is sweet, spicy-fruity, rich, and the first word that comes to mind is: “Delicious.”
But now, after just 5 minutes, I notice that I am gradually feeling nauseous. As already noted here, Dudu is strong, sweet, cloying. This dense spicy-sweet fruitiness seems overwhelming, sticky, almost tuberose-buttery. That must be the Frangipani, which I have never smelled in such a concentration before. Interesting, educational experience, but still: I miss something lighter, fresher to balance this scent out so I can wear it.

It feels as if I have indulged too much in an incredibly delicious buttercream cake out of sheer hunger/desire. Even after 2 hours, this feeling doesn’t change.

Maybe the impression is different in sub-zero temperatures. Perhaps Dudù warms and protects with its opulence in nasty weather.
I think I’ll dare to approach this scent monster again - when it’s freezing cold.... and on an empty stomach.

Unfortunately too sweet for me
This is now my third Zeromolecole. So far, I've had one that I disliked and one that was dreamy. Now I'm exactly in between. I don't feel nauseous from it, but immediately after spraying, it's too artificially sweet for me, exactly the note that I don't like at all. If it's the Frangipani, then it's not for me. Only after about 2.5 hours does it become significantly more pleasant for me, as the vanilla seems to come through more. But that's still a bit too long for me. Additionally, I don't find it super, just so-so. It's nothing special. Other fragrances have fascinated me much more.
Longevity and sillage are, as always with Zeromolecole, strong.

Frangipani drowned in sticky, viscous fruit syrup
not badly done, but too much of the sweet, high-calorie stuff for me

Heavy gourmand: vanilla-heliotrope + spices: Callison/Shervin Gaz/Loukhoum, also + hawthorn, - manna-almond, very long-lasting. I still like it though.

Unfortunately, it's too sticky and overpowering for me. Somehow also too fruity/floral, I don't think they go well together.

The scent is nice, but way too sweet and strong. Maybe it's more bearable in winter, but in summer it's a headache candidate.

Deep, heavy, seductive, and rich sweetness - only wearable for me in winter, half a spray, it lasts and lasts.

Great, sweet-heavy scent. Very feminine and pleasant. Unfortunately, on my skin, it only smells like that pink kids' toothpaste :( What a shame.

Starts with a strong!!! Frangipani note, then basically a clone of Vanitas with cotton candy, for me unnecessary and really too much.
