Sweety Muskrat
Peau D'Ours belongs to the Hors Series: a side project of Jousset (Jimmy Bodin) consisting of very artistic, "weird" fragrances composed of very particular animalic raw materials produced in very limited batches.
In Peau D'Ours (literally "bear skin") we find Muskrat tincture as the main ingredient.
The scent, in fact, wants to emphasize the characteristics of this raw material that moves between a pungent "animalic" part and a softer, velvety cashmeran part.
It is initially slightly citrusy, then moves toward the creamy, sweet and ambery heart of honey, beeswax and tobacco.
Laotian oud gives a slight leathery, fruity nuance.
The Muskrat provide a nice animalic character without being too overpowering: good job Jimmy!
