A fragrance for the evening
Before I start, I would like to mention that there will be no comparisons with Angel's Share. This fragrance will be considered on its own.
I ordered Intoxicate blind, because I like to try out new brands. And I was not disappointed. :)
I would like to start by saying that it is perfect for a romantic evening. It's a gourmand fragrance that both can wear.
It has a seductive, attention-grabbing, attractive aura, which comes about thanks to the sweet, fresh components in the top note. Unfortunately, I couldn't detect any cognac in multiple tests.
You have the attention. ^,^
The fragrance is rounded off with further floral elements and a warm spiciness. In the drydown, the delicious vanilla/cinnamon blend comes to the fore and makes the fragrance what it is. A pastry reminiscent of an apple/cinnamon cake.
And here comes the seduction^*^
Anyone who likes sweet scents will get their money's worth here.
Sillage/sustainability is oka, has not yet matured. But it's not made for a party either. It's even too good for that. Much too elegant.
It easily lasts 8 hours on the skin.
I can't really judge how the sillage actually is, as I really love this fragrance and quickly become nose-blind.
