This perfume seems to be completely unknown in the perfume community.
Here on Parfumo, there are only 3 people who own it, and I am one of them, which I am quite proud of, hehe.
Until recently, it was entirely unknown to me as well, but I am glad that I bought it blind.
Because it smells almost identical to a perfume that I own and really like.
The perfume I mean is "Bade'e Al Oud - Sublime | Lattafa / لطافة".
"La Fede - Aura Kiss of Rose | Khadlaj / خدلج" and "Bade'e Al Oud - Sublime | Lattafa / لطافة" are so similar that, in my opinion, you only need one, and you can skip the other.
Which one that is? That's for everyone to decide for themselves, but I will still try to compare both here.
For comparison:
Both are really very, very good dupes of
Eden Juicy Apple | 01.
And with both, you notice it immediately from the opening.
While Sublime starts with a green, sweet apple, Aura presents a sweeter blackcurrant and lychee.
It may sound like they smell completely different in the opening, but in fact, they are quite similar right from the start.
Because the fruity notes in both perfumes strongly remind one of gummy bears.
Both also start off slightly synthetic, I must say, but really only minimally.
In the dry down, I perceive the floral notes like rose and a hint of jasmine in Aura a bit clearer than in Sublime.
This makes Aura slightly more feminine, while Sublime is still just about unisex, or for many men, it might smell too feminine.
But Aura definitely leans a bit more towards the feminine side.
Sublime, on the other hand, smells a bit fruitier.
Nevertheless, both smell very, very similar.
The differences I mention here are very hard to perceive and can only be detected with a trained nose.
The longer you wear both, the harder it becomes to distinguish them from one another.
In my opinion, Sublime seems a little fresher and greener towards the end, most likely due to the moss.
But that's only if you smell from the spot where you sprayed it.
In the air, I would say they are 95% + the same.
Both smell slightly floral, sweet, and very fruity, just like gummy bear juice.
Sounds cheesy, and maybe it is, but many will still like it, and I am one of them.
As for performance, I see slight advantages with Sublime.
It smells "spritzier," and with it, you have a slight advantage in terms of sillage.
However, it must also be said that both are not performance monsters.
The performance is rather mediocre.
Longevity is almost the same for both (on clothing).
Where Aura can definitely score is the price.
You can get it for 10-11 euros, while Sublime is available for 26-30 euros.
I find Sublime to be slightly better in quality, but I would still recommend Aura more.
Because Sublime is definitely not twice or thrice as good.
And that's why you can save the 16-19 euros and go for Aura, because in the air, as mentioned, they are almost identical.
