The White Rose
Here, of course, the brave resistance group "White Rose" is not meant, which stood against the Nazi regime during World War II and whose young members had to pay for it with their lives. One of the saddest chapters in German history, from which we hopefully have learned.
As with the black "Opera Noir L'Or | La Fede" from the La Fede series by Khadlaj, we again have this beautifully designed heavy and quality bottle with a proper cap, which also provides a good spray, now however in the color white.
As contrasting as the color of the two bottles is, so is the scent itself. Here we find ourselves in a bright and lovely setting again. One is sitting at a beautifully set table with a white tablecloth and is currently enjoying a dessert made of fresh sugared pears, raspberries, and lychees. In the center stands a large bouquet of magnificent freshly cut white roses, whose scent increasingly mingles with that of the fruits. Nothing disturbs, everything harmonizes with each other.
Here too, we have good longevity and sillage, which may initially seem "less" compared to the black counterpart, but it is not. This impression arises only because there is no oud / agarwood contained here, but rather a more subdued fine cedar that allows the white rose to take its well-deserved precedence.
And you get this for 20 euros!
One more important addition:
This one leans more towards the feminine side than the black one, which can definitely be classified as unisex! I also enjoy wearing such scents as a man, but this one is definitely a women's fragrance.
