Strawberry Milkshake
I ordered the White Forest Strawberry because I was looking for a scent that is a good alternative to the Yum Pistachio Gelato | 33 Eau de Parfum but lasts better than the Khair Pistachio Eau de Parfum
Even though the notes differ significantly, they are strikingly similar and yet somehow not… yes, they share the same DNA, it's quite strange to describe, but the WFS is a standalone fragrance.
On me, it is very creamy, and it lacks the slightly nutty note found in the YPG and Khair.
I also perceive a strawberry note, like a strawberry milkshake.
The fragrance definitely needs some time to mature. The more it can unfold, the more independent it becomes. The similarity is absolutely there and remains, but it is the individual nuances that make this scent so special.
The sillage and longevity are really amazing here, although it is quite beastly at first and becomes a bit softer after a while, which doesn't detract from its strong performance.
I can still smell it on my clothes days later. On my skin, about 6 hours. I must also mention that fragrances generally dissipate faster on my skin due to my pH level.
For gourmand fans, this is definitely a must-try!
