In the green garb of a wild meadow
Sometimes Mead just liked to become one with the meadow. The world was too stony for him in the city, he felt somehow out of place there and chose his green garb. It seemed very grassy, smelled smoky and creaky, and further he would probably have been invisible in any wild meadow had he not at the same time had that ethereal aura about him, eucalyptic as a conifer, that citrusy cypress sheen, that Hesperidian hinoki breath, and those lime-lit eyes whose enthusiasm poured bergamot over the grassland.
What fun he was having. Mead rubbed at the moss, loosened it from rotten bark and smelled the spring skin of the trees, dropped into the damp earth, dug in until he was brown as the ground. There it stood now, happily grounded and grazed, with mossy barks and glowing eucalights, steaming like meadows after wet weather.

Oswald Pare of Motif Olfactif is a self-taught perfumer who made the move from reviewing on a YouTube community to creating his own scents to delve deeper into the magic of fragrance. With "Vêtu de Vert" he has succeeded in creating a vetiver that combines the authentic impression of a damp, steaming, earthy spring meadow with ethereal conifer needles, mossy woods and fresh citrus notes. The green garb of the wild meadow projects moderately and wears for a good eight hours.
