Let's go dancing
I'm not a fan of original Alien but Alien Fusion is all about fresh shinny sparkling tuberose and orange flower on a sweet juicy bed of ginger and amber. Great fun celebration perfume. I can't picture wearing this one on a sad grey day. This is for weekends, night outs, parties and holidays. Enormous sillage and quite long lasting.

Perfumes don't like aliens and make the extraterrestrials cry. Perfumes are ridiculous!
Hello you sniffing bunch, I'm back and today I'm going to tell you about the latest Alien fragrance, Alien Fusion. Since there are now Alien scents for men as well, I should mention that I'm referring to the women's fragrance here. By the way, I've also tested the men's version, so I'm not just trying women's fragrances! :)

So,… I personally really like the Alien line. For me, they all have a wonderful, sweet, and truly sexy scent. I believe the Alien fragrances were also responsible for me eventually using terms like “bite, delicious,” etc., and since then I've been terribly annoying everyone with it (oh no, now you probably hate the Alien fragrances even more, knowing they are responsible for me becoming such a nuisance!!!). But damn it, that's just how it is, because the scents really smell that good! When I imagine one of the great Alien fragrances on a woman's skin, my mouth waters so much that it probably starts to drool (and the woman runs away in disgust *sigh*)! NO! But seriously, I think the scent really smells good on women.

But no… unfortunately, you women find the Alien fragrances just so not great! I know that perfumes are inherently quite ridiculous, but still, how can one not like such wonderful scents?? I will NEVER understand that. Hmm… I think I should try to describe the scent in a way that will make you totally curious about it! He he he :D

The scent:
The scent smells like CATS!!! Okay, now I hopefully have your attention, and now you better stay here and listen! :D
The scent starts with a lovely sweetness that reminds me of most Alien fragrances, so you can definitely smell the DNA of Alien (… stay here…!). This time, a nice, herbal note comes in with the ginger. Ginger is usually an unusual scent, but it often smells good, and here I find it very successful, although a bit weak.
I'm unsure about the cinnamon, but it might emit a slightly spicy sweetness, though as I said, I'm a bit uncertain whether I really perceive the cinnamon, as alongside the sweetness of the jasmine, another floral sweetness appears, which I attribute to the tuberose. What I also like is the light neroli scent, which harmonizes very well with the sweet notes.
In the background, the scent is slightly powdery and also a bit creamy, making it feel particularly soft (and like the head of a cat! Well, are you still not interested in the scent??).
Towards the end, you can still smell the lovely (yes, lovely!!) Alien DNA in the form of a jasmine sweetness, now mixed with vanilla and a little amber. The ginger is almost gone by now, but neroli lingers in the background for a little while longer. All in all, a wonderful, floral-sweet, and powdery soft scent! But don't just believe me… :D

The sillage and longevity:
I find the sillage quite good. Alien Fusion may not be the strongest Alien, but you are still enveloped in a nice scent cloud, so you should be well perceived for a longer time.
The longevity is also quite good, as the scent lasts more than ten hours on the skin.

The bottle:
The bottle is more or less the same as most Alien fragrances, being both high-quality and wonderfully designed. It is rectangular and angular and even resembles a spaceship with a bit of imagination. This time, the bottle is red, and the word Alien is written on the front, appearing as a palindrome since it reads the same forwards and backwards. The golden elements make the bottle look more elegant rather than flashy. As I said, the bottle is once again very successful and simply looks great.

So folks, that was Alien Fusion. While I may rave a lot about Alien fragrances, it is true that I also found this scent to be good. So good, in fact, that it ranks among the best Alien fragrances in a long time!

It smells soft, beautiful, sweet, creamy, smooth, particularly feminine, and above all, so sexy! Okay, it’s not a scent that smells extraterrestrial new, but honestly, does it have to be? It combines the strengths of most Alien fragrances within itself and thus, as I said, not only gives off a beautiful scent but a truly particularly beautiful Alien fragrance. And even the synthetic note, which has never been bothersome in most Aliens, I perceive here as significantly less. That is a huge improvement for me compared to last year's flanker (2018, the Flora Futura), which unfortunately still sprayed with synthetics and this synthetic was not very pleasant.

In any case, this scent is the perfect companion for the evening or going out (also during the day). But with less application, it could also work well as a daytime scent. Thus, it is almost an all-rounder that could be used at any time of the year, although I would tend more towards spring and autumn.

Of course, I have to say one more thing: The scent is… DAMN DELICIOUS, mu ha ha ha ha, I finally said it again, *gotcha*
Of course, you probably still don’t want to test the scent, *sigh*

*sigh* I bet if I had a girlfriend, she would NOT like Alien at all. I know that for sure. That’s how it will be, and not otherwise! Aaaaargh… at least my imaginary girlfriend (Supergirrrrl = Melissa Benoist) loves this scent, mu ha ha ha :DDD (okay, now I’m going crazy… so… crazier, I meant). But seriously: Go test the scent, or go read a comic. You only have the choice between these two things. And since you’re not into comics, you will now have to test the scent!! So go, go and spray! :D

So, I’m done and wish you a great evening, see you next time! :)

Minimalistic Warmth from --our-- Star
I have the huge luxury of a free morning once a week, and today is that day, but it will be over in ten minutes. However, I want to use these few minutes for a short comment on Alien Fusion. Simply because I am so surprised. I don't know the twenty or so Aliens particularly well and had expected some kind of chemical punch because of the bottle. Something between glyphosate and Britney Spears' bathroom cleaner, garnished with some artificial flowers.

But oh! I was pleasantly surprised! Alien Fusion is a very fine, special fragrance. No totally complex structure with a lot of fuss, but simple yet exciting due to soapy sharpness.
The top note is softly peppery in a warm direction. After a while, this warmth develops away from ginger, towards a small bouquet of tuberose, but not piercing, rather gentle and soft. Orange blossoms are subtle. I can now also perceive the warm vanilla after three hours, and the sharpness of the ginger is still present. The fragrance develops in a delicate floral-creamy way, with a memory of soap.
And since I recently commented extensively on Twilly from Hermes, I must also mention that Alien Fusion really passes as a fragrance twin to Twilly. At home, looking at the fragrance pyramid, I also see the similarity. Alien is a little more complex, yet still very harmonious.
Beautiful fragrance, but I feel it doesn't fit well for the upcoming season, more for winter.
I hope I could make the fragrance appealing to you in nine minutes....
Now, back to work!

Alien is cheating on us ...no Jasmine ..? Yes, yes
Alien Fusion is a skillful flanker in my opinion. An (imagined) jasmine fuses with ginger and orange blossom.
Unfortunately, I don't smell any cinnamon, but I do get a hint of ginger ...it also reminds me a bit of Alien essence Absolue.
What I find great is that Mugler has managed to create an Alien without jasmine that still exhibits the typical DNA of Alien and smells very jasmine-heavy! Either this is due to good marketing or it shows how well Mugler can handle synthetic materials so that we still get the illusion of real jasmine even though there is no jasmine in it !=:) A very successful creamy blend: I can also sniff a bit of tuberose, the combination of tuberose and orange blossom gives me the spicy creaminess and floral notes. Great longevity and sillage as usual!

A worthy flanker just to my nose and not least because of the beautiful bottle!

Don’t know how it’s possible to be almost the same as the original alien with different notes! Similar scent more smooth!

Looks like this was rehashed to make it more appealing to young ppl than the classic Alien. Starts off nice, than it takes a turn for worse.

Opening of a plastic doll mixed with orange. I get some smooth sweetness, but see that white flowers are a no for me. 3/10.

I don't find the similarities with the original Alien as much as other flankers. This is a warm white floral which I absolutely adore.

Like a watered down version of Alien. Bit boring compared to the original.
