Sweet hibiscus tea
I am a fan of Paris Corner fragrances. I liked most of the ones I've tested so far and some of them were allowed to move straight into my collection.
Ibisco Nirvana is a fragrance that I didn't have on my radar before.
It's supposed to be an alternative to Hibiscus Mahajád, but I haven't tested it yet so I can't draw any comparisons.
"Ibisco" starts with the typical scent of hibiscus, although hibiscus flowers themselves do not exude a pronounced scent, but the hibiscus note only comes to the fore in the hibiscus tea.
Anyone who has ever drunk hibiscus tea knows the unmistakable smell of hibiscus: gently floral, fruity-sweet, but also with a slightly tart note.
The hibiscus is joined by lime and mint, with the mint clearly in the foreground. It gives the fragrance a slightly fresh touch.
Shortly afterwards, vanilla appears, which is sweet and warm and goes very well with the floral hibiscus note.
In the drydown, the mint recedes and rose emerges. For me, however, the rose only plays a subordinate role because it is very delicate and restrained.
The rose is joined by leather. The leather note is clearly perceptible, but is neither heavy nor overly present.
I do not detect cinnamon and rose geranium at any time.
For me, hibiscus and vanilla play the leading role throughout the fragrance.
The longevity is very good. It easily lasts over 8 hours and I can still smell it on clothes the next day.
Ibisco Nirvana is a unisex fragrance with a feminine tendency You can wear it at any time of year, although I think it goes well in spring and summer on not-so-hot days.
"Ibisco" is a beautiful sweet-floral fragrance that I really liked. However, as I'm not a big fan of hibiscus, I won't be buying a bottle.
But if you like the smell of hibiscus, you will certainly like Ibisco Nirvana.
