Heavy Oud, Leather, Smoke, and Incense
From what I have seen online, this is a mix of Tuscan Leather by Tom Ford and Ombre Nomade by Louis Vuitton.

To all "Leather Stockings" and "Windsors"...
....This fragrance is made for you! You don't have to be of blue-blooded nobility or a noble Indian chief to wear this perfume. It is created for all fragrance lovers who appreciate high quality at an affordable price, prefer very spicy scents, and enjoy "leather"! I would call it hearty at a good price. And you can’t smell that it’s not "Ford & Co." The similarity to "Ombre Leather" is significant, but for me, it’s even more pleasant!
Where the Ford overflows, namely with the "leathery spices," and is almost scratchy, the "Windsor" has a slightly softer tone and is instead oriented towards a more resinous green. A lovely balsamic "smoky note" is also present! The "leather" is like that of soft moccasins-a parallel to the Indian chief-and the aforementioned resinous green comes from the "forests of Windsor"! Yet all the beautiful spices are neither related to the Apaches nor the Brits, but testify to "oriental" perfume artistry! Cinnamon and cardamom are very prominent later on!
They dust over everything with a bittersweet-powdery touch, making the fragrance an exotic delight for the nose! SUCCESSFUL!!!

Really a Clone?
Hello, dear ones, this is my first review and I ask for your understanding.
Ombre Nomad is a masterpiece of perfume art for me. The statements made me curious, and I wanted to know if Rue Broca could really replicate this masterpiece with Penthouse Windsor.
So I ordered it for 0.25 euros per ml and received it today. For the comparison, I focused solely on the DNA of the fragrances.
ON starts off with a heavy 10/10 upon spraying, while PW is noticeably lighter with an unpleasant sharp note. This subsides after about 5 minutes, and the scent becomes more pleasant. After 10 minutes, ON reaches that sweet, mystical heaviness. PW approaches the scent but remains superficial. After an hour, PW deepens a bit more, and I can now understand the described similarity to ON.
After 2 hours, no comparison is possible anymore, as PW has said goodbye.
My conclusion:
Penthouse Windsor is not a bad scent, perhaps a bit too synthetic and superficial. I cannot deny a certain similarity to ON. However, it lacks exactly what makes ON so special in my view: that mystical heavy depth in which one wants to sink.
For me, PW is not a clone and definitely not a candidate for repurchase. It is merely a cheap, decent perfume that shows similarities to Ombre Nomad for a short duration in its progression.
Period.

Addition: Ombre nomade is of course spelled with an e at the end. Sorry, my fingers were once again faster than my brain.

Ombre Nomade?
This fragrance caught my attention because it apparently resembles "Ombre Nomade | Louis Vuitton."

Price? Ridiculous. It can't be anything. For €19 - how can that work? I received it as a gift with an order here on Parfumo and had gotten a test strip from LV for the ON just a day before.

There are definitely similarities to be recognized. The Penthouse Windsor clearly lacks the slightly dirty note that makes the ON so addictive. In the broad and sweet veil, they come quite close, however.

Longevity is clearly far below the level of the original. My test strip still smells after 1 week, whereas the Penthouse starts to fade after about 6 hours - yet for the price, it still offers good performance.

I still got myself a bottle because it is also a bit more pleasing than the original. With the Penthouse, you get a cool fragrance with an initial strong alcohol note, which quickly settles down, revealing the Ombre Nomade character. Softer. Smoother. Distinct.

Furthermore, I found out in my research here on Parfumo that Rue Broca is probably a sub-brand of Afnan and that they are saving immensely on the bottle. The packaging is really unbelievably cheap, but the content has its usual quality as described. So for the price - BUY!

I don't get it
Well, this is a perfume that I find really difficult to understand. I think the comparison to Ombre Nomade is borderline. For me, this is definitely not a dupe but a unique scent that resembles ON at least, but certainly does not reach its level.

I actually find the top note quite terrible. It reminds me of a mix of nail polish remover and Mozart balls with a hint of raspberries. After 10 minutes, the heart note thankfully becomes more pleasant. I recognize leather, saffron, and a bit of incense. The base offers a synthetic oud aroma with a touch of cardamom.

I don't understand the longevity. Personally, I can hardly smell anything after 2-3 hours. But strangely, I received several compliments. After 10 hours, I was even asked if I had just applied this scent fresh. That probably speaks for a great sillage. I'm in a dilemma; for me, the scent is rather nothing, but the compliments confuse me. Should I go get the bottle after all? Who knows...

At first I feel a combo of oud and rose, but after a few hours the raspberry appears, making the fragrance sweeter. Exceptional performance.

The familiar pattern of fruity berries combined with leathery notes, which here are constructed with something saffron-like. Well.

Richly spicy - balsamic "leather" scent with a hint of green and smoke. Very similar to "Ombre de Ford," but more pleasant over time. GOOD!!

At first, it's quite a solvent bomb. Then it turns into a synthetic Ombre Nomade light. The bottle is a disgrace.

I don't know LV Ombre Nomade. But it definitely leans towards TF Ombre Leather for me. Just leather and raspberry. Quite okay for the price.

I find it has 80% similarity to ON. Smells of incense, leather, and a bit fruity. More pleasant for me to wear + more compliments.
