YSL Tuxedo is the one fragrance that does everything for me. It is hard for me to classify this bright, uplifting and sensual scent. I can wear this to my workplace, to nights out with friends and just for heck of constantly sniffing myself constantly. It surely is a head turner; no fragrance in my collection garners so many compliments than YSL's Tuxedo. It is pleasant and stunning to the very core of the words. The rose is subtle and majestically executed in a spicy manner such that it often feels that the rose is only but a figment of imagination. One of the best smelling scents in my collection and that I am wearing the most this fall and winter. The fragrance exudes class and style. In short, Tuxedo is the fragrance that everyone needs but not what they deserve right now

I absolutely adore Dior Homme Parfum. I went for the hype with an open mind and traded a bottle of mine for DHP with a friend. I was in utter awe of the fragrance the moment I sprayed it. I reckon having this tingling sensation on my skin and indeed I have not smelled anything this amazing and captivating even to this day. The beautiful leather, citrusy cacao notes with the iris dancing throughout the scent is a journey nothing short of a wonder. I love it through and through; there is never a dull moment when I wear it. It is a must have or a must sample in case you don't have it. I will definitely and permanently keep DHP in my collection even if it means I have to give all my other fragrances away. DHP is the one fragrance that rules them all, be it niche or designers.

I think the beauty of Santal Majuscule lies in its very simplicity. Starting off with three notes: rose, cacao and sandalwood, what we have at the end is sheer magic. One of the most beautiful scents in my collection. The rose - not a feminine one - with nice sandalwood and cacao supporting the base throughout makes for a pleasurable wearing experience. Every time I wear it, it reminds me of the amazing intoxicating feeling that I had when I smelled it the first time. I will cherish this masterpiece forever.

Scandinavian Crime, very aptly named, akin to a mysterious crime committed on a dark, cloudy or snowy day in Scandinavian country side hooks you from the opening. It has an intoxicating boozy ginger in the opening that makes the wearer's nose subconsciously follow the notes just as children followed the pied Piper of Hamelin. The ginger remains there with the oud for a long time giving it a rather dark yet pleasant tone. The drydown is heavenly incense. The only thing that comes to my mid: Dark and seductive with almost a criminal nature.

This is the most authentic representation of Vanilla in a perfume. Not sickly sweet, nor gooey/sticky and just the right bit gourmand. The vanilla here as mentioned is heavenly and nothing that I have smelled in any other perfume so far. Vanilla here hands down beats Guerlain Spiriteus Double Vanille and Atelier des Ors Lune Feline. Indult Tihota is a very comforting scent and I wear it mostly to feel better and lift my mood.
