Wumms-Bird in iridescent robe
Hummingbird came as one of the first niche samples in my meanwhile nearly three-year-old perfume career to me in the house fluttered and brought me already whether the name to smile, because the small Steffi let herself with her tender 18 years contrary to the "ass antler mainstream" of this time a wonderful colorful iridescent hummingbird together with suitable flora and fauna from lower leg to foot tattoo. Somehow I thought at the sight of the sample that it was somehow a sign and I cheerfully started testing. My newcomer's nose found the fragrance very beautiful, but was nevertheless overwhelmed with the impressions of the cornucopia.
One thing I was sure of: Zoologist did not take the small Hatzi-Tatzi-Fratzi bee elf with its maximum height of 6cm and weight of 1.8g as a model, but the giant hummingbird with 22cm height and 24g weight. Because the scent has a real buzz to it
Anyway, the Giant Hummingbird always disappeared a bit present in the fragrance drawer for "test it again sometime" and a few weeks ago, in really bad weather, I felt like cheering up and I reached into this drawer.
Even the first sprayer shows that we are dealing with some kind of shallow floral and fruit tangle, but that there is more to it than that. It smells as if the flowers and stems had been grated in the hand and this gives a green, ethereal, bitter impression with a subtle sweetness. I immediately find myself ocfactorically in one of their habitats in the mountains of Kulumbia. Immediately the smell of fresh and relatively unsweet fruit is added. Apple and cherry are the most effective and are sweetened by honey with increasing time. Honey is per se a difficult note on my skin, because he sometimes gets a toilet vibe from me, but here he behaves well-behaved. Cute but not clumsy. Little by little the flowers get their appearance and I can identify mimosa and honeysuckle surprisingly well, ylang-ylang adds something sweet but not sultry, the tulip contributes something clear green and then after a while the base creeps up. It preferably consists of woody tones...beautifully softly rounded.
Whoever is now wondering how all of this can or should fit together, should be told that it is quite wonderful.
Hummingbird is a strong, complex fragrance, but everything fits together so beautifully, forms a harmonious unit. That's probably why it's most likely to be considered a mainstream niche and boring for the fragrances of this niche brand. However, I was so fascinated by him that he was allowed to move in with me as a bottle. It is fascinating how authentically and naturally zoologist implements the themes of her scents whether you like to wear them or not.
The flacon is chic in zoologist style, the sprayer atomizes perfectly.
The fragrance has a good but transparent sillage and lasts around 10 hours. I am looking forward to wearing it in spring and summer... the shimmering bird.

Best friend
Best friend

I have some acquaintances, but only one best friend in the world. I got to know and love her about 17 years ago about the same time as my husband. Our friendship has survived my marriage by 2 years, she is the only relationship that survived this separation and she is my absolute favourite person. She is honest, loving and humorous and always has a saying on her lips that has made many a Saturday morning coffee snort out of my mouth. Although she has 4 children, 3 dogs, 1 man and a full time job, she always finds time for me. Every saturday we go out for breakfast and have a good time and no matter how crazy I was before...after that it's light in the dark again.

Panthea is practically the fragrant equivalent of my dear friend, because the fragrance has a sunny, radiant mind, it is softly warm and noble and on the other hand it radiates an incredible power and serenity. I was allowed to meet him for the first time 2 years ago and while spraying it on I had involuntarily to think of my girlfriend and the small sample was guarded like a treasure. When the sample was empty at some point, another larger sample came to me as if by chance during a purchase and this time it was a sign for me to deal with the fragrance in more detail
The fragrance starts citric fresh through the bergamot and soft warm with the tangerine. The Emimi-resin is also well perceptible and fits in wonderfully with its light pencil note. Soon a little green through the violet and it becomes powdery through the iris and the musk does its best and adds a wonderful fluff. If this reads a little sterile, you can be completely unconcerned. Panthea is clean, but still radiates an incredible warmth and security.
Panthea is my all-great fragrance, just like my girlfriend is my all-great girlfriend. It was exactly this friend who convinced me to treat myself to a bottle. Do something good for yourself...she nudged me with it and so the beautiful and valuable bottle ended up in my collection. She was the first to spray from the bottle. She sniffed and said that this was something wonderful. I told her that it was her to spray on and we couldn't get out of laughing anymore. Well then, you can take me with you anytime and anywhere now, she said. And right she is... Panthea is my spray-painting friend

Have you ever hugged a tree?
No? I do, but more about that now.
First of all I would like to thank our Don, who recently gave away a set of 3 Travelsprays by Mrs. Tonis Parfum in the forum. I got in touch, got the "acceptance" and can now annoy you with comments on the scents and then claim that I had no other choice after all. That's what Don had wished for. Well Don himself to blame... ¶)
Let's get back to hugging a tree. It's now also a trend like I've read elsewhere. I've never seen one before, but others have seen me. The day before yesterday. Involuntarily. On the right a 30kg dog, on the left another 25kg dog and that results in the sum more than my own body weight, which is why I had no chance at all when the daredevil squirrel first jumped from the tree, landed approx. 5m in front of our feet and then rush up the tree again. It paused for a moment at the front of the tree and then disappeared at the back, gazing at you can't see me at all. One dog pulled past the tree on the right, the other on the left to unite side by side behind the tree. I was the only one hanging from the tree. Shocked. Somewhat painful. Somewhat embarrassed, hoping no one had seen that. Then I inhaled deeply and smelled this scent.
Valeria is a beautiful green, earthy and woody scent which is at first almost ethereal. It smells intensely of moss and the scent of fresh green leaves rubbed between your fingers. I form a little bit of a herbal smell, but also a little bit of a sweet-sweet as-even if it's not listed in the notes- Waldmeister. A note reminiscent of freshly stirred earth is also present for my nose. The Intensive takes a back seat within the first hour. The green overall impression is definitely there, but the fragrance becomes softer and rounder. The notes seem to fuse together in a beautiful way. I don't smell lemon at all, but the woody one gets a slightly fruity undertone after about 1 hour. Mandarins, the sweet ones, get there already quite well.
Hold the fragrance does about 5 hours. The first hour it is quite strong and well perceptible by others, then it slowly retreats more and more, so that you have to come closer to catch some of the scent.
The normal flacons of Mrs. Toni I know so far only from pictures. The Travelsprays are 7.5ml glass bottles, which even have a small aluminium lid. They are delivered beautifully lined up next to each other in a white folding cardboard box and inside is still a small instruction manual where man and woman can spray perfume best. Altogether a very endearing performance (photo in my album).
For me, Valeria is definitely unisex with a slight tendency towards masculine, perhaps because moss is also more often found in "pure" men's fragrances, which is why I tend to put it in this drawer.
I am fascinated by this fragrance, because it immediately transfers me olfactorically into a forest (not only in front of a tree) where nature has awakened from hibernation. There is renewal and departure, everything is alive, powerful and peaceful at the same time. It puts me where I like to go best when everything has to be at zero, my nerves are overstrained, I've lost myself a little
Who looks for this for at home, should look at Valeria times.

To old love
Old love doesn't rust.

Emilie found her way to me at the beginning of last year and it happened very quickly around me. This self-confident and yet so warm and soft beauty sat very deep in my heart. An anchor -smell that could pull me out of many bad memories.
Unfortunately my husband couldn't do anything with the scent and I was always overcome by rant tirades when I wore it. So I decided to give up Emilie with a heavy heart and if I had already known at that time what was soon to come, I would have let Emilie stay.
Shortly after Emilie had left, my husband also left, or rather said I had to leave. Away from the common house. The dream shattered with a deafening bang. On the day I moved out, his new one already moved in with him and I had to pick some of my cartons between their trips, which brought me to my limits. A rest of filling of Emilie fell into my hand and I sprayed myself full pipe with it. Out of defiance. Her beautiful soft berry aroma and the beautiful strong and at the same time cuddly soft patchouli lay around me like a protective coat and so on this day some things bounced off me that would have deeply injured me. I mastered this bizarre and almost perverse situation. But all this still left many traces, fragrances that otherwise meant so much to me could no longer get close to me. I lived several months in a bubble from which nothing could escape badly and also nothing good herrandurfte to me.
Sometime it was then again so far...sample crates, filling crates were put away, sorted and the small Emilie came again to the light. Almost empty but it was enough for a sprayer. Beinhahe awesomely I waited for what would be triggered by it with me...it flashte me. This intense lightly earthy patch puts one firmly on the ground with both feet. The wonderful berries, full authentic aroma have something sensually bold playful, loosen up. The leather is slightly rough, as if it had already been through a lot and yet so much softness has remained. I only smell woods discreetly, but they form a fine safety net. Over 12 hours Emilie puts herself around one. And also shows low doses of an incredible presence.
This one sprayer convinced me completely and at the beginning of this year Emilie was allowed to move in with me again in all her splendour.
I am glad that this love has held and we are again side by side.
We're moving on. Keep going

Security
Nothing allows us to experience more humanity on both sides than to feel not only a helping hand in a moment of complete helplessness, existential neediness and highest need, but also to experience security.
These are the lines that come to mind when I spray "L'Air de Rien" on my skin, when it connects to something that gives me an indescribable feeling of security, that makes me feel something like basic confidence while at the same time being completely "naked". It may sound crazy, but it is. I have never before experienced anything like this in such an intense, already really intimate way with any other fragrance. There are too many scents in your head, pictures, memories unwind in your inner eye, but here it's just a feeling that I can't relate to conscious experiences. For a long time I puzzled what I was feeling, I only knew that it was beautiful and to put it into words was incredibly difficult for me.
L'Air de Rien is an unbelievably "skinny" fragrance. After the short nerolistart, which gives the fragrance a beautiful shine, an unbelievable emotional triumvirate is set on my skin. Patchouli + musk + oakmoss. All very loose, whipped like a mousse au chocolat. Slightly vanilla sweetish, dark, a little earthy, warm and soft like skin warmed by a fireplace. So the fragrance is already after a few minutes and it stays that way for hours until it is gently ambered - patchoulig finishes.
It is a rather moderate fragrance from the Sillage, which doesn't bother me here, because I only wear it for myself so far. Without distraction. Very intimate
The bottle is kept entirely in the Miller Harris style, simple and of high quality. He is adorned with a sunflower and a naked woman with wings as well as the hand-written lettering "L'Air de Rien by Jane Birkin" which co-created this fragrance.
A fragrance that has touched me like no other, whose beauty is not revealed to everyone and probably never in the same way and should I keep only one fragrance of my collection so it would be with absolute certainty this one.
