I had the pleasure to try a sample of Enigma and I have been positively impressed by this fragrance. It's fresh at the beginning, the note of bergamot makes its magic in the first minutes. It then gets softer and warmer in the dry down phase and on my skin I can clearly identify the rose and sandalwood notes. It's an elegant composition with this subtle contradiction between the freshness of the bergamot and the warmth of the sandalwood. I would also say that this is a fragrance that would mostly suit mature women.

What to say? An amazing summer feeling will envelop you as soon as you will spray this wonder new fragrance from Kilian. The coconut note is absolutely predominant and it makes you feel on a tropical island. The tiare flowers and the vanilla give the fragrance that special summer vibes that you would appreciate in the months to come. The longevity is very good and few pumps will accompany you for an entire day.

Another unexpected surprise inside Qatar Airways amenity kit! Tam Dao smells so nicely up in the air... sandalwood but in a kind of dry version with myrtle. It's like a gin tonic taste :-)!!! The final effect remains very woody and clean. This is perfect when flying because the final effect isn't strong and does not bother other passengers around you. I would say that this is a fragrance that can used every day every season of the year.

What a nice surprise to find out that in Qatar Airways amenity kit you can enjoy Eau des Sens... it must have been the testing altitude, or the fact that it was middle of the night, but I must admit this was my first test up in the sky. This fragrance is on the light spectrum with a clear orange note that is spiced up by juniper berries. I could personally not feel the patchouli that much.

I have just tried this new Penhaligon’s fragrance and I have been surprised by the modern twist given to classic Arabic scents. The softness of plum smooths the incense notes and the vanilla is the unexpected companion and binds everything together. I have just been disappointed by the longevity which I would describe as a bit disappointing.
