This beautiful scent leans quite strongly towards London, just not quite as refined and, above all, not as long-lasting. Nevertheless, it is a very successful fragrance with the familiar DNA. The symbiosis of leather and raspberry simply never gets boring.
I personally find the bottle really chic, simple, classic, and the heavy metal cap gives it a very premium feel. Unfortunately, the brand is no longer available, and consequently, the fragrances cannot be purchased.

Meters of snow, icy wind, everything white. I am lying in the pleasantly warm outdoor pool of a wellness hotel, enjoying a hot chocolate. As I let my body float in the bubbling water, I gaze at the breathtaking scenery unfolding before me. A snow-covered mountain landscape, straight out of a picture book, spreads out before me - silent, majestic peaks rise into the sky, their white garments glistening in the soft light of the winter sun. The snow blankets the forests and meadows like a delicate cover, each fir tree adorned with a gossamer crown of frost. The air is clear and cold, and every breath paints little clouds in the sky.

This is exactly how Rehab feels to me, a wellness oasis in a bottle. A retreat when everything becomes too much or simply a rehabilitation, as the name suggests.

The scent is beautifully creamy, gentle, and elegant at the same time. Personally, it also lightly reminds me of Italian almond pastries. All the listed fragrance notes combined create a masterpiece of perfection.

In summary, Rehab is simply a fantastic fragrance that I can only recommend.

In September 2024, I discovered a scent in a tiny, hidden perfume shop in a charming side street in Barcelona that has not left me since ~ Café Tabac.

On that bright, sun-drenched day, I entered the small shop with my fiancée. The owner, a passionate connoisseur of the art of fragrance, took ample time to introduce us to his world of aromas. Without any prior knowledge of the individual compositions, he presented me with various blind samples (in the form of small vials that I could inhale through specially prepared funnels). He asked me which fragrance notes I particularly appreciated.

Among the promising creations, Café Tabac immediately stood out. From the very first contact, the scent reminded me of the warm, spicy character of a children's punch, mixed with a surprisingly sweet clove and a hint of cinnamon. These initial notes formed an inviting, almost nostalgic prelude that captivated me.

Only when I left the perfume shop and let the romantic backdrop of Barcelona wash over me did the fragrance unfold in its full splendor: The initially playful composition transformed into an elegant blend, where the classic touch of TF’s Tobacco Vanille shimmered through. This subtle yet distinctive note gave the fragrance a surprising depth and made Café Tabac an unforgettable experience.

Although I ultimately chose a different perfume, the impression of Café Tabac lingered in my memory. The sensual combination of warm, spicy, and sweet notes paired with the surprising development towards Tobacco Vanille made this scent something special that has stayed with me long after that sunny day in Barcelona.


So enchanted was I by this fragrance composition at that moment that I recently ordered a refill and will soon get the full bottle. Café Tabac is for me much more than just a perfume. It is an olfactory memory of a magical moment, of exclusive consultation, and of the unforgettable atmosphere of a small perfume shop that showed me how much emotion can be captured in a single scent.

Saffron…

In my opinion, the best fragrance from Aqua di Parma. This perfume gives every summer night a seductive character.
In the opening, fresh citrus notes greet you, in this case bergamot, mandarin, and especially orange. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite detect the coriander. As it develops, the saffron stands out, which also gives the perfume its name. The saffron is accompanied by floral notes like rose and jasmine. In the drydown, tonka bean and vanilla come through. I could also consistently perceive woody notes, although these are not listed. For me, it's a top fragrance, but it shouldn't be understood as too fresh; it is quite dark and saffron-heavy. Still, there is a freshness that makes the scent perfect for summer. Therefore, I would recommend the fragrance more for the evening, although it is also very pleasant during the day. The sillage and longevity are top-notch, and the bottle looks timeless and beautiful.

How should I best start with this fragrance…

I encountered this unique scent in the beautiful Oman, in a local perfumery. The nice saleswoman sprayed this fragrance on me, and I fell in love at first "sniff." At first, I perceived a floral-spicy note, which is accompanied by a gourmand sweetness. I also sensed a kind of freshness that reminded me a bit of cola or Spezi. In the drydown, the fresh, floral notes dissipate. The fragrance now transforms into deep, woody notes that feel both gentle and royal and majestic at the same time. This perfectly reflects the name of the perfume. I had to take the fragrance with me right away; the oriental, majestic notes had captivated me.

To this day, Alexandria 2 is one of my favorite fragrances, if not the fragrance, in my collection. You can hardly smell it in public, and it lives up to its name.
The longevity is just as excellent as the sillage. The price is a bit high, but for me, it’s worth every cent!!!
