The Golden Boy
For me, the best vetiver fragrance I have smelled so far. The vanilla is really only subliminally to take and rounds the whole but very nice. Is now not particularly unique, but the fragrance for which I have received the most compliments in the so far short time of ownership.

Warm vetiver, not new.
I like the concept: Oriental vetiver. At the beginning with clearly cardamom, thus spicy and immediately provided with warmth. Also the vanilla comes soon, is full and not too sweet, only the eponymous sweet grass almost doesn't get through on my skin. It's a pity, it lacks the cool and exotic counterpoint.
All in all, this Malone seems to me to have been cribbed from ELDO's Fat Elektrician, although I like this one better, because it has more vetiver and the chestnut cream is more refined.
The base is a slightly powdery tonka, which is quite nice, but again reminiscent of JM's myrrh tonka. Oriental vetiver lovers will certainly try this one, but AugustA doesn't have to have this one, even if it's well done.

Vanilla dominates, I can also smell ginger and cardamom. Smells like Christmas cookies. Very good silage and is long lasting.

A lovely lightly spiced tea scent with a sweet vanilla base that reads like honey or cream. Not overbearing, mostly fresh, almost gingery

Vanilla with oak, or dense wood nuance that gives it an indescribable richness pasted between the gaps of a vetiver field.
