Another 10 in my closet... heavenly good
I don't know if you feel the same way. The phenomenon of "new scents." When one flutters into the house, it somehow always seems to be the best. Okay, sometimes you miss the mark and it's not that great after all. THANKFULLY, the former is true and I am in love.
Just like I was with Aura by Loewe and also with Molecule01. However, the three have nothing in common - yet all three gave me that feeling of infatuation.

As for "Casse-Noisette | Les Néréides," I can only say: scents from France... folks, (the shipping didn't take long at all), they just know how to do it. This is my first scent from them, and as far as I understand, they actually make jewelry? That may be true, but they can also create fragrances. It's so nutty, creamy, sweet but not cloying - although, you do have to like sweet scents to appreciate this one. I also find it's not Unisex - I believe it will appeal to the feminine sweet-tooths - but I could be wrong. Someone mentioned it smells a bit like skin cream or body lotion - yes, I can confirm that. A hint of almond milk, sweetened with even more nutty accords, yet so light that it can also be worn in spring. Absolute class!!!

As for longevity and sillage, I can only estimate roughly, as it hasn't been tested thoroughly yet... but I can smell the test strip from 3 meters away, and through cedar and amber, I suspect it lasts longer. With gourmands, a slightly longer longevity is usually to be expected.

You can do it
I opened the Pafory AvK and this scent was in number 17. The first spray made me hopeful that I had found something that smells similar to "Santal-Basmati | Affinessence."

In the first few minutes, it reminded me of that, but then it became spicier. Nevertheless, it also has something soft and creamy about it that gives a pleasant wearing experience.

It's not my absolute favorite, but it's good for spraying on here and there. Quite suitable for everyday wear and good for niche beginners.

I see it as fitting for every season and totally unisex.

Best, Emmelysa

The Composition Makes the Difference
Anyone who has visited my page knows that I do not like saffron in fragrances at all. In most perfumes I have tested so far, it gave the scent a medicinal note.
With "Zafferano | Acqua di Parma," however, it is strangely different. I received a sample as an extra with a purchase and sprayed it on my arm rather "uninspired" and found it initially not very interesting. After a while, a wonderful scent kept wafting up to my nose, and I tried to remember what I had recently sprayed on my arm. Then the sample came back to me, and this time I sprayed a little more attentively on the packaging of the sample. Somehow, it had something. A slightly menthol-like note that softened over time. The mandarin and orange created a sweet freshness, with something floral mixing in. Then I read the ingredients for the first time and was surprised by the saffron. (Of course, I could have noticed that from the name, but I can't speak Italian)
In any case, the scent remains, after long testing and another ordered decant, a confusing fragrance for me. It did not have the effect like some other scents that made me fall in love at first sniff - but rather, I kept being amazed by the scent and thought - what makes this fragrance so different and beautiful, slightly masculine but not too much, elegant and clean. I definitely love it, with each wear, a little more. Great composition! A beautiful, complex scent that takes time and has a wonderful development.

Why another review, fragrance discontinued..
BUT - I still wanted to give a hymn of praise to this gem, which is more like costume jewelry than fine jewels (it was inexpensive even during official sales). I was lucky enough to snag this fragrance at the souk and only later realized that it’s no longer available. (Thanks Patricia ;) ) What can I say? When the fragrance arrived and the first spray was done, the sweet, velvety molecules touched my nose, and I was smitten. Hmm... and another spray. So "nutty," vanillic, creamy - simply beautiful. By nutty, I don’t mean hazelnut, nothing chocolatey - but rather chestnut. Now, I don’t know how a regular chestnut smells, but it fits what I read and smell. It’s sweet but not sticky. I don’t want to rave too much about it, as very few will get to enjoy it, but if this fragrance ever crosses your path out there - I recommend you give it a try. I think I could eventually get tired of it after a while, but hopefully that will take some time, as I still have plenty in the bottle :)

Finally Found! 10/10
It may sound strange, but I was looking for a fragrance that smells like a room spray from Primark. It was called “Calming” and had sandalwood and bergamot on the front. -Edit: it said chamomile & bergamot on it- I just can't find the bottle right now.

There wasn't much more to find about the scent. But the room spray was so beautiful that I told my husband, “Why isn't there a perfume version of this?” That was about 2-3 years ago!!

Since then, I have been on the lookout for sandalwood scents with bergamot. I found a few nice ones here and there, but they just smelled different.

Through countless YouTube videos, I got the urge to try Molecule 01... my room scent long given up and used up. Then the first spray… hmm okayyy… set it aside, continued working, and then!!! Bam, the scent kept sneaking back into my nose. This is… my room scent!!! Aaahhh I can't believe it! This is the scent from Primark. I'm sure they mixed in some Eso... uh... em super or something like that.

Whatever it is, it calms me down - like, really!
