Italica is my favorite fragrance after Lost Cherry. One should use the scent very sparingly. It smells very strongly of amaretto/almond and licorice in the opening (which I didn't like at first). Over time, it becomes more defined and starts to develop its harmonies. Above all, it is the almond that stands out here. When you get close to the skin, you can smell a balanced vanilla note. The longevity is above average, even for my skin, which usually doesn't hold scents for long; the fragrance is still noticeable after 6 hours.
