Very good oud scent
I got this perfume yesterday, it open with oud (nepalese oud i think), then when it dries down after 30 minutes i start getting vanille, a little bit not a lot of it.
Projection are good but the longivity is high on my skin and clothes.
I think both of men and women can use this perfume and it's suitbale for using in winter only, don't try it in summer it will choke you :)

Edit:
If you want aoud perfume without roses try this one.

You get what you pay for
After a long time, here’s a new comment from me. I hope you all had a good, cozy, and of course healthy Christmas this year. I suggest a fragrance for which you could splurge your Christmas money. It fits perfectly into the current season. A cozy, stylish, and noble scent.
A fragrance that I have known for a long time and have tested several times. Those who follow my comments and statements know that Mancera is highly regarded by me. High quality yet affordable. Additionally, modern creations that completely convince me. A few from this brand will surely find their way into my collection in the coming years. So far, it’s only Aoud Blue Notes; a few (like this Aoud Vanille) are on my wish list.

The Aoud line is extremely good. I have already tested some: Aoud Cafe, Aoud Blue Notes, Aoud Orchid, and this one here. All are extremely pleasant and also suitable for people who do not like the typical extreme Oud scent. Especially since the fragrances are well balanced.
Here you get what it says on the label: Oud and vanilla. No big nasty surprises. The vanilla is extremely noble and authentic. A beautiful cozy Bourbon vanilla. Very elegant and, due to the Oud counterbalance, not too gourmand. There isn’t much development to be seen here. Throughout the entire duration, this beautiful noble Bourbon vanilla is present. Along with Oud and a pleasantly subtle spiciness. In the base, then soft vanilla with gentle woody notes. Overall, a harmonious creation without any disturbing factors for me.
The performance is also rated fairly here. Double-digit longevity and good projection as one would expect from Oud and vanilla.
A very cozy, stylish fragrance that fits many occasions on cold days. Even though it is quite sweet with a lot of vanilla, it never comes across as too intrusive & gourmand. I can also 100% agree that it is unisex. For me, it doesn’t lean in any direction.

You should definitely test it, especially if you like notes like Bourbon vanilla. Mancera is one of the underrated brands in the niche world for me, especially when considering the fair prices. From the scent, bottle/packaging, performance, and quality, it’s simply a brand that I like to recommend.

Captivating Depth
Aoud Vanille starts off mystically - woody - smoky and slightly medicinal, but also subtly leathery.

Our dear perfumer "Mydarkflower" sent me her sample, giving me the opportunity to test this fragrance, for which I would like to express my sincere thanks.

At first, one can sniff a very deep mystical - woody - smoky Nepalese oud, which has a slight medicinal note in the first 5 minutes, but then completely retreats.

The oud also has a very fine and minimal sweetness, which adds a cozy, cuddly touch to the top note.

By the way, the oud runs through the entire fragrance progression and becomes a little calmer with each passing hour.

At the same time, one can detect subtly black shiny leather, which comes from saffron and, in my opinion, harmonizes wonderfully with the oud.

In the background, there is an aromatic - spicy nuance from cardamom that fits in very pleasantly and is also responsible for emphasizing the depth of the oud.

Unfortunately, I couldn't sniff any black pepper, but I can very well imagine that it is meant to round off the top note.

This constellation can be detected on my skin for a good 25 minutes before the heart note unfolds.

Thanks to the orchid, the heart note becomes opulent - floral and also a bit sweet.

There is also a very pleasant hint of Bulgarian rose, which rather underlines the orchid and even makes it a bit creamy.

The oud from the top note is still wonderfully detectable in the heart note, albeit dimmed, but still clearly perceptible, and is responsible for giving the heart note an incredibly tangible depth.

And yet, one can already perceive a minimal, sweet, and full vanilla nuance in the heart note, which reveals its full potential in the base.

Aoud Vanille is a very deep and captivating fragrance that allows one to forget the world around them for a few minutes.

The heart note can be detected for exactly 5 hours on my skin before the base takes over.

A full, thick, sweet but not too sweet Madagascar vanilla can now be sniffed, where one feels as if they have sprayed homemade vanilla pudding, including sugar, on their arms and must be a little careful not to nibble on themselves.

There is also a small spicy - creamy and deep aura detectable, which I attribute to Mysore sandalwood.

And yet, there is also something slightly sweet, resinous - woody to sniff, which comes from guaiac wood and beautifully rounds off the base while providing a pleasant, soothing depth.

Overall, the fragrance can be detected for exactly 10 hours on my skin.

The sillage is designed from the beginning to be perceived clearly at arm's length, and this is maintained for 4 hours before it gradually reduces, until the fragrance finally fades completely.

How much vanilla should I put in? Mancera: Yes.
Mancera Aoud Vanille starts with beautiful, medicinal oud, paired with wintry vanilla. One of the most pleasant openings I have been able to test so far. The oud gives the vanilla a luxurious and clean touch, so it doesn't end up being a boring vanilla scented candle, which bothers me with most vanilla fragrances. Oud and vanilla compete against each other for dominance as the scent develops, with vanilla ultimately triumphing and oud receding into the background. The fragrance ends in a classic, yet pleasant, vanilla-dominated drydown. I find it almost a shame that the oud loses its presence and therefore prefer the opening over the drydown. Longevity is extreme, projection is radioactive, just as one expects from strong Manceras. Absolutely unisex.

Setting: cold, snowy day - casual, comfortable gatherings with friends
Character: cool and relaxed person around 25 - secret bookworm - independent and unbound - light hair, blue eyes

A very unique vanilla offering, even many years after the release. Bit of that synthetic "oudy" feel in the background but compliments well

Aoud Vanille starts too strong and synthetic but after a few minutes, the oud softens and a beautiful vanille appears. Very cozy, alluring.

Enigmatic, oriental dark resinous wood notes on a base of vanilla. My favorite rendition of a vanilla fragrance that avoids being gourmand.

Strangely made synthetic Vanilla and even more synthetic Oud. The smell itself it’s not so bad but you have to like Mancera. Not for me.

I did not know that vanilla and oud can be that good. With a pinch of saffron on opening it's perfect. Worth it, very potent.

Elegant vanilla and sandalwood finish. Not for outside wear at all. Definitely manly. Iove it. Not super strong...but worth it.

The opening is a bit harsh. Quite a lot of mancera typical medicinal out. As it settles down you get roasted marshmallows

A warm and creamy spicy/sweet oriental-woody Winter fragrance, with a pronounced smoky spicy-earthy opening. A nice masculine woody vanilla.
