That's how I would describe Light Blue by D&G.

For me, this is the perfect summer fragrance. I became aware of the scent through Jeremy Fragrance and decided to get it for myself. I also found the fragrance pyramid very intriguing. Since I am a fan of fresh scents anyway, I bought it.

The opening, a mix of mandarin and grapefruit, is outstanding. This blend defines the fragrance throughout its entire lifespan. The aquatic notes and the woody elements towards the end of the scent round off the perfect olfactory experience.

The good thing is that this fragrance has a very long lasting power. It can compete with ADG Profoumo. For a fresh scent, that's quite remarkable. It lasts up to 8 hours on me.

I envision this fragrance on a beach promenade under palm trees with a sea breeze and 30 degrees :) That's where it fits best. Even though this year it will probably be difficult to go on vacation, applying this fragrance always brings up holiday feelings.

An absolute top fragrance from D&G for spring and summer.

Anyone who doesn't have it yet should at least give it a try.

The One for Men EdP is a great perfume in terms of scent! I don’t think there’s much to discuss about that.

Now comes the big BUT: It disappears after a maximum of 2 hours.
That’s such a shame because it smells absolutely fantastic. It’s a compliment monster in the first hour after application. It’s just a pity that the fun is over after 2 hours.

Therefore, in my opinion, that’s not enough for the price.
For this reason, I can only partially understand the hype surrounding this perfume.

Sure, the bottle looks very good and the top note is outstanding.
That’s why it’s so hyped. Of course, certain YouTubers have also contributed to this.
Especially the Pirouette Man.

Unfortunately, I always find it very disappointing when designer perfumes have such poor longevity.
If D&G had made this scent long-lasting, it would surely be at the top of the best-selling perfumes in the mainstream market.

That’s exactly what Armani has achieved with ADG Profumo or Dior with Sauvage: making great scents long-lasting.

I believe there are many fans of this scent (rightly so!)
But due to the mediocre to poor longevity, I personally don’t use it anymore.

Conclusion: An outstanding scent with very weak longevity! With more longevity, this perfume would be my absolute favorite scent!

This is what one aims to achieve with Ultra Male. To stand out at any cost!
And you can achieve that with this fragrance.

Whether this is positive or negative is up for debate.
It probably depends on how you dose the fragrance.

About the scent:

It opens with pear, which is actually quite special. I don't know many fragrances that smell like pear. Therefore, it definitely has a unique selling point that sets it apart from the crowd.

In the heart note, I perceive the cumin and cinnamon very strongly.

Later, the vanilla becomes very prominent.

The longevity is fantastic. Perhaps one of the best in this price segment.
However, one must ask the question, should a man really wear this?! The scent does come across as very feminine. I wouldn't classify it as a pure men's fragrance. This is a unisex scent!

I also think it has little to do with LeMale. I recognize zero similarities here.
I find LeMale better and more masculine.

One can wear it at parties or in winter.
At work, I actually don't see it. It's just too loud!
Maybe with a maximum of 2 sprays. That's the limit.

Conclusion: A very sweet unisex fragrance that probably doesn't suit everyone and should be used cautiously.
Otherwise, it can become very annoying for those around you, as it has an extreme sillage for hours.

Anyone who wants to stand out should definitely give this fragrance a try :)

The title really sums it up quite well.

With Luna Rossa Carbon, Prada also wanted to ride the hype around Dior Sauvage. Unfortunately, Prada only partially succeeded.

Luna Rossa Carbon is somehow neither here nor there.
I bought it back then because I liked it at first glance in the perfume store and it was on sale. The similarity to Sauvage is immediately noticeable. But exactly what makes Sauvage special is missing in Luna Rossa Carbon. The pepper! Moreover, in my opinion, it is not as fresh as Sauvage. The longevity is good, but here too, Dior Sauvage is better.

The opening is very reminiscent of Sauvage. So is the progression.

But the pepper and the certain freshness are lacking, so Luna Rossa Carbon can be seen more as a misinterpretation of Sauvage rather than a serious competitor or alternative.

Conclusion: If you don’t like the pepper in Sauvage, you’re in the right place here. You get an acceptable freshness for a good price. However, as mentioned, it is not a serious competitor for Dior Sauvage, as it simply lacks originality.

You can have it, but you don’t have to.

Alberto Morillas has really knocked it out of the park, as they say.

Acqua di Giò is the best-selling men's perfume of all time for a reason.
And with this flanker of the bestseller, Armani has created an absolute all-purpose weapon.

If someone wanted to add just one perfume to their collection, I would recommend this scent from Armani. A fragrance that works anytime. From spring to winter, no problem at all. The occasion doesn’t matter... work, going out, leisure. No issues with Acqua di Giò Profumo!

It has this fresh, slightly spicy aquatic character that makes it very special.
The opening is already very strong. The bergamot and aquatic notes are perfectly showcased here.

In the base, we have the incense, which comes across wonderfully.
The longevity is also outstanding for a fresh scent! 7-8 hours easily.

In summary, one can say that there is currently no better price-performance ratio on the market.

The bottle is great. The scent is too! A masterpiece and the best perfume for men that you can get right now.

An all-purpose weapon indeed.
I am very curious to see if Armani can surpass this one with Profondo.

That will be difficult. The bar is set high.
