Hammerhead

i always have a bottle of the best perfume in the world (Fahrenheit by Dior) in the center console of my car. A few weeks ago, I ran out of this filling and in the same compartment of the center console was a pack of peppermint candies.

I guess they got soaked with Fahrenheit. But I didn't know that yet, not until I put one of those candies in my mouth. That's when I tasted a mixture of peppermint and perfume, it all became a wild party with spices and menthol.

Anyway, I suddenly got a kind of flashback to a perfume I knew but couldn't place. My old youth room suddenly came before my inner eye, my closet at that time, in which my first perfumes were (Nightflight, Joop Homme, Harley Davidson..) and another scent. This taste was one hundred percent this - still -unknown perfume, I did not want to think of the name.

Well, what can I say, I sucked another such candy and then I really saw the bottle in front of me. Dark, round, thinner at the bottom, a mighty black lid at the top! I didn't want to think of it. When I was looking for ideas in perfume here in the evening, the country Cuba came to my mind, tobacco leaves...HAVANNA!!! Then I got to this fragrance page here but the bottle wasn't right. Then at second glance I saw the old, "my" bottle! There it was. For 26 euros then ordered directly from Amazon and two days later I had it here. Well, not the old one anymore, not as intense as I remembered it, still sweetish, smoky but not as powerful. Anyway, I found it very funny that I have found through the combination of perfume and peppermint to the old fragrance again
