On my way to university - it's been a few years - my nose picks up the weather. Between all the crowds of people, male and female, and fragrance mixtures, a fragrance has crept into my nose: Davidoff Cool Water. And causes me to follow the fragrance line, to deviate from my straight and busy path to the front door and start zigzagging through the crowd, always tigering the weather in my nose: fresh, cool, aquatic, a bit woody and thoroughly masculine. An olfactory seduction, so to speak.
Meanwhile the way is the goal and I have to make a strange impression on my snake course through the other university aspirants. Shortly before the entrance door the scent increases, makes me look up promisingly...to see a stocky little man in front of me, with a wreath of hair and an accountant's briefcase, stocked feet in beige sandals and a shrew-like face. In short: Not quite my bag scheme with mid 20.
But the scent... I took another deep breath and then turned away to go to my lecture with the thought in mind: it's not only clothes that make people.

Ui, my nose seemed to have thought at the first sniff on my wrist right after spraying on and contracted insulted. But that's really fresh, she wanted to tell me.
And indeed, my brain promptly reacted to my nose as if they had colluded, causing a slight headache to flare up. Just as if both of them wanted to tell me that I know about their sensitivity to certain odors or - to specify it - especially to iris-heavy odors.
But I didn't want my nose or my brain to win without a fight and refused to scrub my wrist clean and smelly under warm water and put them off for a while.
And lo and behold: After a really hard scent start determined by the iris, the green mandarin comes with a hint of musk and takes the killing momentum from the iris. The scent becomes fresher and purer, and the nose and brain can also be soothed, the headache disappears and both let the wrist wander to the nose every now and then to sniff at it.
As a conclusion: Not my favourite fragrance, not my first choice either, but a pure, fresh and very adult fragrance, which at least needs some time for me to enjoy the fragrance.

A night with dark dreams, bitterly unpleasant waking up, the left foot wants to get out of bed first...well wonderful, the day is already under a bad omen before it has really begun. Only a powerful shower, your favourite feel-good outfit and Boucheron Quatre will help. For he wipes away the dark, takes his right foot out of bed, washes away all bitterness with clean purity and makes the day shine fresh. An absolute feel-good scent.
The individual components? Hard to name for me, it is the overall composition that wraps itself around you like a freshly washed cashmere shirt, wraps you lightly like a feather and carries you through the day with this - paradoxically - pleasantly warm freshness

That's how I feel when I wear Deep Red. And with the first splash I am also thinking about how to turn night into day... Dine out in the little black - oh, pardon, little red of course -, go dancing on high heels, apply smokey eyes and see what the evening will bring... Deep Red is promising, sweet and juicy and at the same time dark due to the black currant, slightly wicked due to the mixture of vanilla, sandalwood and cedar wood and spicy and exciting due to the wafer-thin ginger note.
Not always wearable, also not suitable for every occasion, but tempting for every lady in Red!

Although the fragrance pyramid excludes it, my nose feels reminded of Mira Bai of Chopard and thus of tender, sweet peach.
Maybe my nose is playing a trick on me, but then it's an extremely successful one! Because I love this delicate, lovely feel-good fragrance, which is not too intrusive and can be an excellent day companion at any time of the year. I can't even smell lemon, cedar and sandalwood appear warm in the background, without drowning out the superficial sweetness of the - and I'm sticking to it - delicate peach.
One of my favourites and also surprisingly good for a quite favourable fragrance.
