Cold silk
I became aware of this fragrance through social media. Unfortunately, I'm a notorious blind buyer, so I couldn't see this fragrance again.
When I first sprayed it on, I was honestly a little disappointed, it was far too fruity for me. You can clearly smell the blackcurrant. But after a few minutes, I could understand what people find so enchanting about this fragrance. It becomes so velvety and silky, for me it's suitable for a date night as well as a cozy evening at home. It's elegant but also cozy.
In summary, this fragrance smells like cool silk.
I can smell the chestnut and cocoa only slightly, the vanilla base is clearly recognizable, whereby the currant remains present. The star of the fragrance is the silk.
The H/S are very good. Soie Malaquais is absolutely unique, a compliment-getter and never gets too much for me. The more I wear it, the more I love it.
The similarity to
This Is Her! (my favorite fragrance), but I can't explain why.
If you are looking for a silky, fruity and creamy fragrance, you should definitely give Soie Malaquais a chance.

Special Vanilla
I don't know why not many more people know this great scent.
It is absolutely unique and only slightly reminds me of the vibe of "Casamorati - Lira (Eau de Parfum) | XerJoff" or
Ani Extrait de Parfum.
Here you get, especially after spraying, a citrusy vanilla with a woody base. As it develops, the scent becomes a bit creamier, but the light citrus note always lingers. I also perceive something woody and slightly powdery in the background.
This fragrance smells sophisticated and chic, yet not overly mature.
Additionally, the scent has great longevity and sillage, and remains linear after the drydown, which I really like.
Every vanilla lover should give this wonderful fragrance a chance!

Masterpiece
What a masterpiece Une Nuit Nomade has created! Hooked by Leni's Scents, I ordered this fragrance blind. The prices at Une Nuit Nomade are great, especially since they are also of high quality.
The scent arrived today and I could hardly wait to test it.
Upon spraying, you immediately smell an absolutely authentic wheat note mixed with marzipan. Simply heavenly. Unfortunately, the wheat note fades into the background, but it's not completely gone. In the drydown, I get a creamy tonka bean with a hint of vanilla. Really cozy and soft, similar to
Cuir Béluga Eau de Parfum or
Tonka Impériale. The sillage and longevity are in the upper third. This fragrance is simply beautiful! A must-try in my opinion.

Something for Experienced Noses
At the beginning of my fragrance journey, I quickly came across this scent. Due to the high Parfumo rating and detailed positive reviews, I ordered a sample and what can I say....I didn't like it, it had something piercing that I found hard to describe. Two years passed, samples were sorted out, and I had Angelique Noir back in my hands. I tested it again and it was a completely different fragrance experience. Initially green from the angelica root/seeds, this scent becomes softer and ends with a wonderful green vanilla note. The longevity is top-notch, but the sillage could be a bit stronger. Absolutely unisex wearable. This fragrance is a masterpiece. Of course, sooner or later a bottle had to be acquired.

A fragrance I had to learn to love
As the title suggests, Babycat is a scent that I couldn't quite appreciate at the beginning of my fragrance journey. I am a big fan of vanilla and thought there was no way this fragrance could go wrong. Unfortunately, it was much too smoky for me, and after one test, the sample remained untouched for over a year. But eventually, I thought to myself, "come on, give this fragrance another chance." So I did. The scent starts with a punch of incense that has nothing soft or smooth about it, reminding me very much of church incense. This note used to put me off, but strangely, I didn’t find it unpleasant anymore. However, the incense diminishes over time, and the vanilla beautifully emerges. A really lovely sweet, cozy vanilla. I haven't smelled this combination in any other fragrance. The longevity and sillage are average.
The more I wear this fragrance, the more I like it. A love that had to grow.
