Longevity of this, is thoroughly overrated. It disappears after 2 to 3 hours almost completely.
Prominent musk and amberwoods in the base.

Comparable to DHS21, which brings brightness by resinous sharpness, whereas Issey brings it through bitter and sweet sourness. Not for me.

A nice vanilla and lavender scent. Somewhat plasticy smelling.
It brings images of a sweet raspberry tea. Gets better after about an hour.

Batch 5H01 is performing beautifully.
It's worth noting that there was a bottle design change, as the whole bottle is painted black now.

Sharp bite from the ginger in the opening.
Neroli and tea combo in the core.
A tiny bit of a creamy twist in the drydown.
Gorgeous.

Delicious - it's almost like the name is implying something.
I interpret the core as freesia more than the cherry. Gorgeous benzoin drydown.

Waxy opening with prominent orange. Continues with leather. Dries down to a sweet, tiny bit fruity and smooth scent. No woods or ruggedness.

The scent has the "silhouette" of DHP, but nothing more. Coriander opening. Takes a strange turn because of A LOT OF labdanum and patchouli.

Has cat's lick of approval, as friend's cat wanted to lick it off of me... Literally.
On a serious note: it really is, a modern masterpiece.

A beautiful sent, that just doesn't last.
If it had HALF of the performance of the real DHS21, it would still be TWICE as good, as it is.
