Your Spring Companion
The cold winter is over and the first warm rays of sunshine are finding their way to the earth.
So what does an ordinary man with a weakness for fragrances do… you know just as well as I do that the wallet will suffer once again.

To cut a long story short - I stumbled upon Rosso Pompei. Why this particular scent? Well, I already own Kirke and as the saying goes - step up your game…

When you smell it for the first time, you are greeted with almost piercing, synthetic, citrusy and floral notes. One could make slight associations with a hairspray. I also see parallels to Xerjoff Accento at the beginning.

However, the sharpness quickly fades and what remains is a fruity citrus freshness. After a while, it becomes softer and loses some of its citrusy edge. Floral notes join in, making it appear quite elegant. Not like a black suit… more like a light casual outfit with a shirt and blazer.
In the end, it becomes a bit warmer and woodier, fading after about 10 hours of wear.

To put it in very simple words:

You wake up… open the window… sun rays greet you… spray on Rosso Pompei… you feel invigorated… you feel good… It’s going to be a beautiful day.

The Notes That Touch My Heart!
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you a solo… a solo full of emotions, joy, and dedication.

When I saw the silver bottle, I also wanted to know how the contents, shimmering brown-orange through the little monkey heads in the display, smelled.

What the …

From the very first spray on the test strip, I was captivated. What a powerful combination…
A fruity sweetness with spicy rum shot up my nose… and I knew this was something truly special. A little later, leather, cinnamon, and vanilla joined in, giving the fragrance a sense of security and warmth. I couldn't tear my nose away from the test strip. I had to take a sample with me.

And when the spray mist hit my skin, a new door was opened for me. I can hardly put my thoughts into words…

The fragrance is not just an accessory. It is more a statement or a feeling that you live. It tells a story that you not only hear but feel deep inside. It envelops you like a second skin, highlighting your uniqueness and self-confidence. On special occasions, it will accompany you and make you shine in every situation.
It is timeless - it stays by your side - for hours - almost forever… in good times and bad.

My absolute No. 1! Absolutely worth a test. I could philosophize endlessly, but perhaps I can already entice one or the other to try it. Let Tony Iommi take you on a journey.

The Peach Belongs to the Man?!
If you believe an ambitious saleswoman, then that seems to be the case.
Well… Flacon seen - examined - sprayed - PEACH!
Sweet ripe peach spreads out. Not the kind you buy at the supermarket. It’s more of a, let’s say, over-sweetened peach.
One might think, “What does a man want with such a sticky peach concoction?”

I got to the bottom of this and took a sample with me.
It simply sat on the dresser for several days.
I only kept smelling the sprayer, letting myself be transported into the world of sugary happy peaches, and then put it back. A little daydream to go, if you will.
But I couldn’t bring myself to wear the scent. So how do I get to the scent development and its performance? How convenient to have a woman who loves to test fragrances just as much.
And yes, what can I say… I am really surprised at how much this perfume highlights a person's friendliness.

You can imagine it like sunshine on your skin. Juicy peach hits a little coconut with full force and creates a sweet, slightly creamy scent cloud that conveys tropical and good mood vibes.
Later, various woods, musk, and patchouli join in, giving the fragrance a slight depth. However, the character remains fundamentally sweet-happy-tropical.

When you wear Bonbon Pop, it will accompany you all day long. I can always perceive it on my wife, even after a whole day at work.
You can wear it anytime and anywhere. However, I see it as a true good mood scent. If you are extroverted and like to laugh a lot, then the fragrance fits perfectly. (For a woman)

What does this have to do with the title? Well, it wouldn’t let me rest, and I ultimately tested it myself.
There is no fragrance that has brought me more positive feedback in a day than this one. It started when I left the apartment in the stairwell, carried through the workplace, and ended with an afternoon visit to friends.

I could smell the fragrance on me all day, but somehow I don’t want that. Personally, I prefer this type of perfume on a woman. Even though it seems to suit me well, I will personally leave this one for my wife. I actually like it a lot on her. I can recommend the perfume with a clear conscience. At least to test it, especially if you like this kind of fragrance.

Conclusion:
If the saleswoman meant that The Peach can also look good on a man, then she is 100% right. There are certainly men who will wear it and can wear it. But I leave this little potion to the ladies, and I’m perfectly fine with that.
Oh, before I forget… my wife liked it so much that a flacon has already moved in with us.

In that sense, thanks for reading :)

If I were you...
... then I would get this fragrance.
Direct and bold statement? Maybe.
To get straight to the point, this perfume is, in my opinion, amazing. 10/10

I came across the scent due to the consistently positive reviews. After a brief search, I thought I’d order it blind. The name Just Rock! has a certain vibe of "I don't give a f*k". So who needs to smell a perfume beforehand to buy it?
36€ for 50ml is a great price, especially when you are so overwhelmed after the first spray. I guess I wasn't Bad Boy enough for the 100ml bottle.

I held the bottle in my hand and went through the clear scent pyramid in my head. Then three sprays towards my forearm. The first was empty - the liquid slowly slithering up to the spray head - the second hit the target - the third sealed the deal.

You can often argue about opinions or how one perceives something, but here no one can deny the incense. Not in a penetrating way, but very smooth. It might also be because it is enveloped by sweet notes. I still have more of a "beginner's nose," so I ask for your understanding. When you smell the fragrance directly on your forearm, you can understand that some might associate it with a church. However, when you wear the scent, it is by no means like that. Here, I clearly smell the vanilla. One might think it is a sweet fragrance. That is probably true, but somehow not. You can't deny a certain spiciness to it. This interplay of actually heavy scent notes creates such a beautiful and pleasant aroma. It doesn’t sting the nose but rather caresses it like a soft little cloud. You simply feel good and, to be honest, more self-confident.

After this first impression that completely captivated me, I had to spray it on my neck and collar immediately. I hoped so much that this perfume would last long. And yes, Just Rock! lasts quite a while. After a good 8 hours, I could still smell it. So, you are accompanied by the scent for a long time. I couldn't notice a significant change, but that's a good thing.

Who can or should wear this fragrance and when? Honestly, you could wear it almost anywhere. It is not age-dependent. Only under 20 or in school would it not be suitable.
Otherwise, it smells neither "old" nor "young." However, if we go by the scent notes, I would rather say it belongs in the autumn or winter. Possibly also in the cool and rainy spring, but there are probably more suitable perfumes for that. Otherwise, you can wear it anywhere, and probably no one else will smell like it.
Personally, I prefer all black outfits or a leather jacket with this scent. Here, it really shows its potential, and you receive positive comments across the board. With this fragrance, I wouldn’t care if others liked it because I find this scent simply incredible.

In conclusion, I want to emphasize again that for under 40€, you get an amazing perfume that you can buy blind without any guilt. So if I were you and reading this comment, I would buy this scent. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

In this sense, thank you for your attention and time :)

Love lost through self-infliction?

Before I even begin, I want to thank this community here. Thank you for the many creative texts that can sweeten one's day. After three years of actively browsing the Parfumo website, I had to create an account.
Now here I am, and I don't want to miss the chance to add my two cents about certain fragrances :D

I dedicate my very first comment to Invictus by Paco Rabanne.
Was it my first perfume? -No.
Is it the best perfume for me? -No.

But why exactly Invictus?
It was about 4 years ago when I first sniffed the little trophy in a store. I didn't think much of it except "mhm nice sweet-fresh scent". I wasn't really familiar with the fragrance notes, but I generally liked it a lot. A glance at the price tag -49.99€ for 50ml. Well, it could be cheaper, but you treat yourself sometimes. (This sentence will make me poor one day)

The rest of the week flew by, and the weekend arrived. So what does a 22-year-old student do? -Exactly, off to the clubs. At home, I had a beer or two with a friend before heading out.
It was time to leave. The others must be waiting.

The moment for Invictus had come. We all know the spray routine of the loved-hated Jeremy. Two sprays behind the ears, two on the collar, and one on the neck.
Immediately, the scent enveloped me in a sweet-fresh, gum-like cloud. The first comment came from my friend. "Dude, you smell amazing today. What is that? Did you just buy it?"
I was more or less used to comments about my scent since in my friend circle, only the girls wear perfumes.

On the way to the club and to the others, Invictus changed hardly at all. Still the gum sweetness, which was about to show its full magic to the ladies. And so it was. It was incredible how the girls sought my company. This "water" has something very captivating about it. It got to the point where I felt uncomfortable. I was directly pressured to reveal the name of the perfume. "Please, please tell me what it's called. My boyfriend should smell just like that. I can't even walk away from you, you smell so good."
Sweet-fruity works incredibly well with the general public. At least that's what my experience shows.

In the first 2-3 hours, Invictus is very noticeable. That's the time when it wants attention and gets it. After that, it gradually weakens. But that hardly bothers, as it has already fulfilled its purpose by then. With the closing time, the scent faded as well.

Due to the positive feedback, I didn't want to miss out on the wonder weapon during bar and club visits. I really learned to wear Invictus. If you're a fun and extroverted guy, then the scent suits you even better.
It just fit me like a glove. The positive feedback just kept coming.

But even this perfect interplay between person and perfume had to come to an end. Not because I got tired of it. Almost everyone bought this scent. Friends, friends of friends, it was a wildfire. Acquaintances who would NEVER even look at a perfume suddenly wore Invictus. I had to reluctantly put my compliment magnet aside. The relationship ended due to self-inflicted external influence. Sometimes I wonder if it would have been different if I hadn't told anyone about the scent.

Maybe we learn something from this. You don't always have to share all the good things. Sometimes it makes sense to keep certain things entirely to yourself.

I apologize in advance that this turned into a longer story that describes the scent rather little in terms of fragrance. But it is very linear in my nose.
Nevertheless, I hope you can somewhat understand my reasons for this comment. Perhaps it brings back some memories.
If you think about it, it was my first love.
