So about 1998 or 1999 I had the fragrance of Jean Paul Gaultier "Le Male", my God gave the compliments, the fragrance was simply sensational but then also quite mainstream and very popular. Until today I avoided JPG as a brand with the fragrances, one smelled "Le Male" just everywhere and even today hardly a week passes where one does not smell somewhere "Le Male", one thing I have to leave the fragrance but even today, "Le Male" still smells really really good!

Now to the "Le Male Le Parfum", the bottle looked totally fascinating to me, this black torso matt and gloss with the golden sprayer, very dark and mystical that I was simply curious. For a week I have dealt with the fragrance, the fragrance notes have really appealed to me, even a sample was ordered and in the end I could not wait and had to test it in the store. So Friday morning tight schedule we wanted to do some things with a short scheduled stop in the perfumery, it's sunny and fresh after all we have only 12 degrees, for that I have waived extra on the sport. Everything done quickly and then off to the perfumery, of course as always no parking so quickly out of the car and ran down the alley into the perfumery, the Le Parfum sprayed directly on the arm, crass! The cloud was so extreme, I wanted to give him a little time before I smell it. Still a few other fragrances tested and back to the car. When I opened the door and not even got in I heard already; "Wow how that smells!". Quickly further have me then dropped off at the hairdresser, the spray on the arm must have filled this entire salon. My hairdresser already came to me and asked what I would wear today; the scent would be quite "attractive to him" to express it times so!

The fragrance also acts on myself very attractive, the cardamom with the lavender is really sexy in combination with the vanilla, clearly more adult than the original EDT and the look of the bottle also fits really well to the fragrance. I also think you can definitely smell the classic "Le Male" DNA, but maybe I'm imagining it because I know it's a JPG fragrance, sometimes I get those classic EDT DNA vibes in the cloud though. I love this fragrance like back in the nineties my "Le Male" and am really strongly tempted to also give the original again a chance, next to Ultra Male, let's see who convinces me more of the two.

Of course, at the end of the day I treated myself to the essence of Le Male Le Parfum, for me it was impossible to resist!

The fragrance I got hold of a sharing, because the current reviews have made me really curious and I already own Sauvage as EDP, for me a class fragrance but on the sweeter side. The scent arrived, I sprayed it on, found it OK and put it away again. I got while smelling a direct connection to Initio Oud for Greatness by the lavender. Therefore, I have the Sauvage Elixir no longer considered, Initio OFG I already own and love, so the topic was done for now.

With my previous samples, however, I have learned one thing, if the sample is somewhat acclimatized simply the fragrance from time to time to test again and lo and behold, it came as with many other samples I have not paid particular attention in the first moment, especially now by the freshness in the morning, sometimes just the framework conditions must be right to discover a pearl for themselves.

I had a free morning, was in the morning 2 hours on the road by bike, it was pretty fresh, then quickly shower off in the jeans, white shirt and a denim shirt, have asked me what I spray on and decided for Elixir, here it was finally, his big chance to convince me. So off in the car and still quickly go do a few things, meanwhile it was already a bit sunnier and warmer. Everything I perceived of the fragrance had me absolutely convinced, the Sauvage DNA is definitely present even if it only plays second fiddle, ambroxan, pepper without end, plus the woody and in the foreground the lavender I personally feel as tart (is perhaps due to the woody notes), sometimes it feels like you have Sauvage EDP with Initio OFG gelayert, but the Sauvage DNA exists in my nose definitely.

To the durability with me, the fragrance I smell after 3 days still in the place where it was sprayed e.g. on the wrist and I shower 2 x daily.

I can understand it if the scent does not suit everyone, that's also good! Feel him but very special (although he seems very simple at first) that it is not enough to smell it once to form an objective opinion, but that certainly affects almost every fragrance.

The fragrance I find just horny and have since ordered a bottle, I'm looking forward to it very much!

As of December 2020, it's finally mine!

A few years ago I had him sprayed in a perfumery on my arm, along with a wild orgy of various fragrances, when I was once again looking for something new. The whole thing is always very hectic with me, because I usually have little time.
The result was frustrating, nothing found and gone again, but what remained was the typical scent of lipstick through the iris on my arm. Initially, I was a little deterred and thought on the shelf was perhaps a women's fragrance.

After he has amazed me more and more it went back to the perfumery. The saleswoman said directly on the basis of the smell you could no longer determine which fragrance it was. So so in retrospect I must say, this fragrance I would smell out among 1000 fragrances, it is definitely unique. Likewise Dior Homme Original, Dior Homme Parfum, clearly the scents are very similar, but also totally different. Dior Homme Intense is clearly more vanilla than the perfume, moreover, the iris smells very dry for me at the Intense, the perfume, on the other hand, smells juicier through the leather, so it works on me when I compare both directly.

I like and appreciate all three, but the Intense is my personal favorite. I probably associate the Iris fragrance with positive impressions from childhood that remind me of different things and that's why I'm so fascinated by it. Recommending is difficult, definitely not a blind buy, it is just special, extravagant and for me absolutely unique. Who likes him will love him, even if I can not wear him every day it happens more often that I just pull off the lid and smell it, really enjoy him very much!

Shortly before Christmas or the lockdown I was in a perfumery and wanted to smell a few fragrances that interested me. To buy perfume was for me so far always an annoying necessity, because I have never dealt intensively with this subject and had no time.
Somehow I suddenly became very interested in this topic, so I watched many videos and read a lot. So far I had almost only BVLGARI (which I find great and Dior). On my list I had Bleu de Chanel perfume, because the EDT and EDP just don't suit me. I find these scents too loud and inelegant, which doesn't mean these are bad! It is simply about the comparison, for me, to the perfume.

So I stand in the perfumery and test me so through, ask for Bleu de Chanel perfume and the lady said it would be no tester there, so while I look around disappointed further and leave the store after about 30 minutes, laughs at me on a pedestal to my right a Bleu de Chanel perfume bottle. I reach for it, spray it on my wrist, leave the store and put my hand in the pocket of my caban jacket, it was really really cold.
Arrived at the car, I get in and drive home, suddenly reaches my nose over and over again a rising, pleasant and creamy scent (similar creamy as make up for women). Once home, I had to keep smelling my wrist and was really fascinated by it.

For me, the EDT and the EDP smells like I would stand in a huge field with lemons, look in the distance on the forest and smell it very lightly and that's exactly the great thing about the perfume, it is the complete opposite of it I stand in the middle of the forest and perceive the woody of the trees very intensely while the wind blows me a light pinch of lemons from the distant lemon trees in the fields, under the nose and the whole underlined with this creamy pleasant note of sandalwood. For me, this fragrance is absolutely elegant and noble, in addition, a great suit in beige in the grid check, with black pocket square and a black shirt round off the whole thing for me.

A fragrance must not only fit the person, there are also fragrances that depend on what you wear, what colors and on what occasion you want to apply something. I have already read several times that perfumes were criticized for your durability. I like it that perfumes smell a little more discreet and weaker, just because these are simply denser on the skin and are more elegant for me. It is bad to smell someone 5 m against the wind, in my experience it is much more attractive and mystical when you only get a whiff of someone and you would like to get closer to that person to smell more than standing 5 m away and perceive the scent completely. Who wants it a little louder and must be conspicuous is certainly very well served with the EDT and EDP, as already mentioned These are not bad!

Oh well, I bought the same day Bleu de Chanel perfume and am still very fascinated by the smell when applying!
