Normally, I never buy a fragrance right after spraying it in the perfumery. It’s just too risky for me, and several times initial enthusiasm has ended up as just a "Yeah, it smells okay." Until Golden Aura came along...
As an enthusiastic VALJUES user, I went straight to the Pieper perfumery shortly after the launch to test the fragrance on my skin. My hit rate with VALJUES is high, so I was quite excited. And right from the first sniff, I was blown away, a bullseye. For me, the fragrance is the perfect blend of clean scent and sweetness. I am a gourmand lover, but I also often struggle with migraines. Until then, there hadn’t been that one sweet fragrance where I could guarantee I wouldn’t get a headache. In "Golden Aura | Valjues," I found that scent. Ultimately, I bought the fragrance the very same day in the store, and it has been accompanying me in my daily life ever since. At first, I get a fruity sweetness that sometimes makes my mouth water, and later the scent becomes softer, ultra pleasant, and never too much. My friends have also universally loved the fragrance so far. Alongside 12 | Twelve and "Molecule 01 | Escentric Molecules," it ranks among my most worn fragrances and thus has the potential to become my signature.

A fruity-clean refreshment for in between, definitely similar to Chance Eau Tendre Eau de Toilette. I liked to use it before sports or on hot summer days. However, the scent disappeared on me within minutes. Even though the fragrance is very inexpensive, one has to consider whether it is worth the money. With the low price, reapplying doesn’t hurt, of course.
Nice to have, but not necessarily a repurchase candidate for me.

When I have a day where I don't know which fragrance to wear or need to be quick, I usually choose Mon Guerlain. For me, it is wearable all year round and fits every situation. A feminine, elegant, and yet versatile scent that simply makes me feel good. I find it has something understated about it, yet it is by no means boring and definitely has the potential to be a signature scent. One of my favorite fragrances, as I can always rely on it.

I have been wearing this fragrance since November 2020, and it is one of my absolute favorites. When people around me smell it, I often get comments like "You smell like vanilla sugar," "Ohh, it smells like waffles here," "You smell like popcorn today," and "Hmmm, it smells like cookies here." I have never been approached about a fragrance so often, even though it is not an "in your face" scent for me. My boyfriend also really likes it.
The vanilla is sweet, but not too sweet for me. At the very beginning, I smell something smoky or a slight boozy note. After that, it develops into an absolute comfort scent that envelops me, which is why I also like to wear it in the evenings before going to bed.
